The truck advertised was not on the lot. I drove three hours to get there and had confirmed multiple times it was there, but they lied to me- it’s still listed on the website and when my friend asked about it(to test them), they replied that it was available when it’s not! They post great deals online just to get you there then the vehicle isn’t even there. My second choice truck was there, but they said the online price was wrong and that it was $7k higher! At that point I walked out. They are bad businessmen- Carlos and Arman. As soon as I left, they called me multiple times trying to get me to go back, but I refuse to do business with shady companies!

I had a great experience with Auto Mall 2000. The staff was friendly, professional, and never made me feel pressured during the buying process. They answered all of my questions honestly and helped me find a vehicle that fit my budget. The cars were clean, fairly priced, and exactly as described. The financing process was quick and straightforward, and they worked hard to make everything easy. If you're looking for a reliable used car dealership in Houston, I highly recommend Auto Mall 2000.
