I contacted Greg Kafkos as one of the Realtors I interviewed to sell my home. He was recommended to me by my cousin, whose house he sold the prior year.
I ultimately chose Greg for a few reasons. Greg is very professional, personable, and very easy to talk to, which are all foundationally important to this type of professional relationship.
I was impressed with Greg's knowledge of the housing market, plus his, and his family's, longevity/history in the real estate in my neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods.
Greg is completely trustworthy and he always had my best interests at heart.
