Great experience when you have to go to a hospital. Easy to find, beautiful facilities. Most importantly, a great Nursing staff and support. Would not hesitate to return for another procedure when I’m forced to go!

Arrived around 9pm and only a couple people in waiting room. The lady at the front desk was very friendly. The triage nurse was super sweet, kind, and compassionate. My doctor was Dr. Zaidi and he was very kind, understanding, and didn’t make me feel judged. He even took the time to research to make sure he found the best option for the reason of my visit. And I was discharged around 10:50 pm. I had driven to willowbrook methodist first and their waiting room was 90% full. So glad I went to St Luke’s instead!!! Overall 100 out of 10💖💖

I wish I remembered names but they all took really good care of me and made me feel so comfortable. I had a procedure done on April 6th. Lovely staff, even though I was late, they still were very prompt on getting to me and handling business. Also, very informative about everything they were going to do before they did it

Care was wonderful but I can’t access portal for test results. I’ve tried everything for 4 days because I’m still as sick as when I came in. Was told I need anabiotic but wasn’t given any, and pill that was given isn’t doing any good… Doctor and staff other than check in was amazing though. They ran test but actually didn’t help with my stomach issues. Would be nice if I could acces the 4 results they sent after I left

The entire process from admission to discharge was smooth. My care team was kind, compassionate, personable and had an excellent understanding of the diagnosis and treatments. The patient education was done in a way I could understand. I would especially like to recognize the following providers: Dr. Harris, Tonja Johnson-Terrel NP, Jessie D. RN on day shift and Antionette M. RN on night shift. None of them seemed rushed or as if they were going through the motions. They were wondeful!

ST LUKES VINTAGE was an attentive, knowledgeable team of professionals. The ER waiting time was short. The ER DOCTOR, and the hospitalist' BOTH spent time listening and asking questions about my issue..The ct scan, and nursing teams were very pleasant and constantly asked me if I needed anything.

I had to come here for an MRI an had a great experience. Customer service was great. The receptionist that in processed me was very nice. The guy that did my MRI was great! Very friendly, and effective communicator, explained everything that was going to happen, and even walked me out to door upon completion. Very professional and friendly. Would definitely come here again and would recommend to family and friends. Thank you!

Amazing experience, my grandma unfortunately fell, with the help of the St Lukes lovely staff cared for her and treated her with the utmost respect. I’m more than greatful for the ER nurses. Thank you.
