I was exhausted from all the “vitals “ taken. The nursing staff was very good even so. The doctors were not communicative about what was going to be done to me. I was there for several days without even being seen by a doctor. I felt like I was flailing around by myself not knowing what was going to be done to me. I’m not sure I will go to St.Luke’s if I need hospitalization again.

The surgery nurses were great, but at check-in no one was there to take us back and's in pre op the nurses had to stick me several times for iv yet I have very good veins.

Care was great, but food,.... not that tasty. I'm not surprised. I have yet to be admitted to any hospital in the area and in the medical center where the food was the star. What I liked about the Vintage food service was they wanted to know how they could make it better. In fact, there was a very nice lady who came to me to personally to make sure my meal was alright. I think it was the Assistant Food Service Mgr. I was pleasantly surprised.

The hospital was nice. The ER was ok. I got there around 2 and didn't leave until after 7. Everyone was LITERALLY gone and I was still sitting there. I did appreciate the fact that they ran every test to ensure i was OK. The staff were exemplary!

I went for my knee on 8/22 at 345pm. The lady at the front desk was awesome! The nurses, Dr., and the Xray tech were very kind and understanding about my knee. It easy first visit but I will be back
I would have given a 5 but the girl Vivian I think thAt is her name who did my ultra sound was so rough omg I thought she was going to push that scope through my skin then i didn't even get offered a towel to clean the gel off after that so hopefully I never have to get another one from her
