I can’t speak enough about the people who took care of me during my 2 weeks at EnCompass stay. The Doctors, Nurses, The Nursing Staff and Therapists were the best.
My room was clean and kept that way daily. A special thanks to those in meal service also as meals were good and arrived on time.

After two 15 day sessions therapy was no help. Finally second MRI revealed pinched nerve. Headed for surgery.

I want to express our sincere gratitude to the staff at Encompass following my mother’s transfer from Houston Methodist after her seizures.

During her 10-day stay, she received exceptional care. Every single day she told me how kind, caring, and attentive everyone was, and it brought our family so much comfort knowing she was in such good hands.

A special thank you to Suzanne, Mom’s case worker, who was truly a blessing to work with. Her compassion, support, and guidance made a difficult time so much easier for our family.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone at Encompass for the excellent care and kindness you showed Mom. We will never forget it.

The nurses and therapists were great, very friendly and professional. My problem is with Abigail and the discharge staff. Sent me a Return to Work document with the wrong date. Asked for a corrected version. This was two weeks ago. Still have not heard back;it's almost like I've been blacklisted. Because of the delay, I lost my job. Thanks!

This is the worst place ever I would not send my dog there. My mother was in there for 17 days with a broken arm and wasn’t able to walk when we got her out. She lost 37 pounds while in there Please if you care anything about your loved one don’t leave them there
