I feel like I got ripped off...The car was supposed to have Good rating with oil change a carfax paper...The dip stick was broken inside...I had to spend 400.00 dollars to get another key and filters changed that should have been changed already before car sold..It needs the power steering fluid changed and the brake fluid needs changed..I took it to the Dodge dealer.for a inspection all was good except the minor things that should have been took car of before the car was sold..I am very upset it needs all those fluids changed but what gets me the most is the lying about the oil change with a broken dip stick..They must have incompetent employees working for them..l personally think they should change all fluids for lying about the 100 percent check out on the vehicle..The people were very nice and helped us a lot except for the items that need fixing..I think they need to pay me back the money for filters and the fee for getting it fixed...about almost 200.00...
