This has been our second stay at Heights Hotel, the staff is incredibly kind and helpful, shout out to Michael who makes things happen and also a very nice guy.
Their newly added breakfast menu is delicious with complimentary entree with one’s stay.
This is our go to accommodations in the heights - we’ll be back in November.

I didn’t get a room but my friend and I got a day pass to the pool. It costs $25 per person and there’s lots of seating areas and many are cabana style.

Prime location to be a little outside of Houston but still be close enough for an easy drive. The hotel is very accommodating with a full service bar, pool, and deck sitting area with TV screens and speakers. The rooms are very basic outside of the suites. No microwaves or mini fridges but the rooms are still nice. The showers were good and the water gets hot! The beds were pretty comfortable but the bedding is decent. The staff was very friendly and helpful whenever we needed it or had questions. Lots of fun activity and events on the weekends as well. You have to request room service which is nice meaning they won't just come in on you. They also have nice Tshirts they sell inside and overall its a great experience!

Everyone that works here were so friendly and accommodating! My friend and I had a horrible Airbnb nightmare and had to find a last minute hotel on a Friday night at midnight. Heights house hotel popped up and both my friend and I actually had considered staying there prior to booking our Airbnb so we decided it was meant to be. And it was! We got checked in smoothly and even security, Matthew, walked us to our staircase, flash light and all. The next morning we were dealing with Airbnb trying to get our refund and were in limbo on where we were going to stay on the second night since we were supposed to stay there for 2. Bradford was working that morning and was so helpful and understanding and gave us the opportunity for late checkout while we were figuring things out. Luckily we got our refund and were able to stay at the heights house another night and we couldn’t have been more happy! The rooms were nice and clean and the whole atmosphere was a blast with all the events going on. Location was great! Thanks you guys again! Maybe see y’all soon!

I absolutely love this place.It is quiet , clean and I love being able to walk right out of my room and straight to the pool. when I'm needing just to get away for the weekend.This is my go to place , and I highly recommend it.

Easy to get to from the highway. Close to MeowWolf. Great service, friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic pool! Beautiful rooms.

Hotel is best for a younger demographic. Outside stereo and surround sound by the pool play until 11 pm. Early 20s crowd was loud and partying. Rooms have outside access so all outside noise is heard inside the rooms. The complimentary breakfast included Raisin Bran cereal, bagels, Eggo frozen waffles. Not impressed.

I booked here last night not knowing that someone else would be staying in the same room but very reasonable. I decided to keep in my car. I’m very personal but John S checked on me all night made me feel safe very respectful love his personality. The place was very clean the bathroom. Let me know. Coffee was gonna be served at 5:30 most of all a very amazing man very honorable. I would definitely rent here again, but book my own personal room so pay attention if you’re booking there and I’ll give it a five star

We stayed here for our club birthday, it was amazing! The rooms were nice and clean, no funky smells or anything! The outdoor patio area was perfect for all our booths and activities! The pool was amazing as well! Most importantly that staff was PHENOMENAL!! They all worked so hard to make sure we were all taken care of!! Especially William!!! Definitely recommend if you need a place to stay in the area!!!

My apartment in midtown flooded and I needed a place to stay while I figured out new housing arrangements. I stayed here for 5 nights. I went to another hotel for the 6th night and it was much inferior to Heights House.

Arné (I'm probably mispelling her name) was especially (EXTREMELY) kind and patient with my anxious, elderly mother on the phone. She should be promoted to a management position ASAP before y'all lose her. Phenomenal customer service on her end. Workers like her are conduits to repeat reservations. With that said, all of the staff were kind.

This is not a 5 star hotel, but the people are very kind and hardworking. They will make you feel at home while you are here. They've also got the best suggestions as to local restaurants and food trucks.

This hotel especially lends itself to large gatherings. If you need a spot to stay for a large-ish organization (youth sports team or larger) I'd highly recommend this place. They seem to be much more willing to accomodate and cater to larger groups than a typical chain hotel would be.

I could not have asked for a better place to rest my head during a chaotic time in my life. I highly recommend staying here.
