Room was nice, comfy and clean. Breakfast however WAS THE WORST. WORST!!! Also, I understand there is a pandemic, but if housekeeping isn't going to clean and replace towels, they should be available at the front desk. We had to wait until the next morning to go and FIND the very nice housekeeper to ask for towels 🤦🏾♀️

Highly recommend this hotel. Very close to Houston Bush Airport. Nice shuttle , nice driver. Breakfast above average and super selections. Very clean, nice lobby and breakfast area! Beds very comfy. Definitely would return. No complaints, our stay was great!

Let me just say that Jennifer is a LIFESAVER! We had booked a room somewhere else and after calling to make sure we could check in after midnight (and a 4 hour drive), they gave our room away. Drove to BWJFK, and Jennifer hooked us up with an amazing room and it was cheaper to park and fly than at the place we had already booked. This place was immaculately clean and the staff was super helpful. The shuttle this morning was ready for us and the driver was super friendly. This was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had.

Nice hotel. Well appointed. Great staff at front desk. Fast, efficient, helpful, friendly. The location to the airport is great for fast shuttle to / from there. But that also makes for noise from flights that sound like they are coming down on the building.

Had to stay here for a night due to a canceled flight. Even when I showed up at 3am the staff were friendly and accommodating, and provided me with basic toiletries since I was without my luggage. Good price for a big room and typical continental breakfast. Gym was clean and sufficient for a quick workout. My sheets were a bit scratchy and shower towels were average, but everything else was comfortable. Well worth the price. Shuttle drivers were friendly and punctual as well!

I honestly enjoyed my stay at Best Western Plus JFK. I could not have asked for more. I chose them because of the affordable price, hot breakfast, and 24/7 shuttle. It was very clean, quiet, and I slept great. All the staff was friendly and express checkout was a breeze. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Clean. Friendly staff. Pool is great for the kids. Definitely close to the airport and as such there is significant noise from overhead planes. We had a ground floor unit and once indoors the sound wasn't bad. Close to a few restaurants. Would likely stay here again when traveling through Houston.

Place was spotless. The breakfast was great. Kids had bacon and eggs. We used the shuttle to get there near midnight. Called and they were there in 5 minutes. No complaints. Clean room, friendly staff..

When I called the hotel for a pick up, front desk told me that my room was already checked in? I was confused and needed some more information, but she tried to cut me short which made me even more suspicious . When I got to the hotel, she was much more attentive and told me the name of the person who tried to check into my room and told me that she made sure no one was in the room. After all, everything was fine but it left me not so good feeling.
Other than that, it was in a good location if you are overnighting quickly and get to the airport back quickly.
The room was clean and had a fridge and a microwave. Nice and big room. Breakfast is included and they had plenty of stuff.
Was stranded in Houston overnight and was trying to find a place last minute. In the middle of my chaotic night Best Western at JFK was a pleasant surprise. As another reviewer mentioned most of the other places in the area were booked, this seemed to be the only reasonable priced placed with rooms.
Place is new with nice clean decor. The staff is also very very friendly. Sam at night was very helpful. When I called from the airport she checked to make sure that I could get contact solution. Also I told them to pick me up from the wrong terminal, had to call the airport back and let them know. They were very nice about it. I was grateful that both the driver and Sam were very nice about it.
This was my first time being stranded I'm a city and I can see it having gone a lot worse than it did. But props to the staff at Best Western. Thank you.
