My daughter and I were calling daily trying to get her official transcript since January 5, 2026. She switched colleges Kean’s grades came out on December 26, 2025. I am unhappy with Kean University administrators. You need to change how you handle these situations.
Finally she received her official transcript on February 9, 2026 because it was so late she lost a $4,000. Scholarship. She paid and requested her official transcript 3 times in January 2026 on the National Clearing website.
