Had a great experience with Daniel. When he found out I was getting the information needed to get additional insurance later than their closing time he ensured he was available after hours to take care of the changes needed. Was also extremely courteous and professional throughout the interaction and a pleasure to work with. Awesome positive attitude and demeanor throughout.

I have been with this office for years now and never had any issue, the staff is friendly. I have car insurance, life, and recently added home insurance as well. Oswaldo took care of me, he’s professional and diligent. I recommend them.

Daniel was wonderful in answering May if my questions and educating me on different policies and options. He provided multiple quotes for us to review and was patient, knowledgeable and very professional! He also provided savings compared to my previous insurance provider.

Honestly I loved my interaction this time. I usually tend to not deal with the calling and changing my stuff. Always dreadful. But Cristal gave me lots of information that I really didn't know. Helped me lots. And helping my pocket at the end of the day. Super nice and easy to talk to! Thanks.

I really enjoyed my experience with Cristal, one of the agents, at Patricia Restrepo's office. She was able to switch my Allstate home and auto insurance over to State Farm and saved me a lot on auto insurance. I'm very happy with this. Cristal is very warm, kind, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and thorough; I didn't feel rushed. She even stayed late at her office to help me.
