This place has improved so much. Thanks for getting me back home quickly and better. The Dr's amazing communication Dr.Aly, Dr.Chow and my favorite heart Dr. Singh. Big Thanks!!! I had lung function test. Everyone was pleasant from the check in to the actual tech that did test. All was good. No complaints. Everyone professional and cordial.

I was seen on Aug. 8-14-2024 I have been coming here for about 3 years I felt like this visit was a little different for me love the Physician I have seen her twice already Physician name Dr. Cheriyan. The male nurse came into the room to ask questions when telling him why I was there I felt rush and he informed me to wait and informed the Dr that way I won't have to repeat myself twice now question what were you writing down on that paper that is the nurse job to take all information and report to the Dr. The male nurse took my blood pressure he used a Large blood pressure cuff I sufferer from
high blood pressure already the smaller cuff should of been used and my arm should just been my skin not with my sweater on. Blood pressure should be taken in the left arm due to the fact that left arm is close to the "heart" for blood flow. Also I had to ask for a blanket from the ultrasound technician she was very nice and friendly she also asked if I need a warm blanket due to the fact machine being broken. There are some other things that stood out to me as well I will address those issues with the head of management what is protocol for their hospital but as of yesterday I will not be back at Oakbend hospital ER. And for an ER visit with my insurance copay run 250.00. I take my health care needs very seriously one thing I will say if you are seen in the ER they will call you to check on you to see how you are doing. Also the Hospitalist love her I remember when I just moved here and she set up all my appointment for me I'm glad that she is still with the hospital I have her number in my phone for three 3 since the day she called me to set up my appointments. I wish Oakbend hospital ER the very best. They lost a patient for 3 year now.

I was pretty nervous about having my bunion surgery done here as #1, I’ve never been to this hospital and #2, the reviews weren’t very favorable…. However I must say that the staff was wonderful, everybody from Phyllis at the check in to all the nurses. Everybody was very attentive and made me very comfortable.
