Terrible staff. The main staff that are in charge are incredibly rude and hostile to everyone. Students are also treated horribly I speak with 4 years experience. I did not feel welcomed for a second in this facility. Navraj Sandhu may single handedly made this all happen. When I was in contact with him he made countless mistakes and he did not take any accountability. I also seen him harass students countless times. He shouts at innocent students that do not even speak up to him. Such negative attitude he shows feed this unbearable atmosphere that I have been dealing with as a student here.

Worst place ever. Staff is very rude and most of student staffs are lazy. Many of machine are broken and weights are never orgarnized. Moreover, they just closed it without any notice for a week.

Equipment is old and outdated in the weight room it's small and compact. You would think for University and the cost of classes and tuition there would be more up-to-date equipment especially for the prices they charger non-students. Swimming pool nice
