Awesome service department. Fixed my OnStar issue which caused vehicle's wifi problems. Was told there was a back order on parts and would take 3 weeks for the part to arrive. They got it all done in a week.

Even though I informed Juan of the timeframe I needed it back Home, I heard nothing from him at all unless I called him. When I called, most times, the phone just rang and no one answered. On a few times that someone did answer. It was people in another department and they said they would get a message to the shop. Still, Nothing. We finally drove in the car to the shop the day after it was due to get back to us and spoke with Edward. He apologized, got the guys working on it, and by the end of it, we still didn’t know what was wrong and we got the truck back without anything other than a software update being done. He said they didn’t know which module was messing up and they couldn’t very well replace all the modules. They would have to wait until the error happened again. Considering the type of electronics in this truck, I’m not comfortable driving it and just waiting for all the windows to roll down going 80 miles an hour again. What’s to stop the brakes from automatically going on for no reason?

Made appt for specific issue. Took it in at 10:15 on a Wednesday morning and told them if they did not have it completed by Friday I would need a loaner. I was also told there was a recall on the airbags. I never heard from the service advisor unless I called him. On Friday they did not have my car ready nor could they give me a loaner so they told me I would have to pick it up and bring it back later. When I picked it up they had done the recall but told me they had not had time to see what was causing my other issue. However, they gave me an estimate of other work that need to be done so they had time to do that, but they didn’t have time to look for my issue.

Did my maintenance and a recall done here. First time owning a GMC and first gmc dealership experience. Waiting area is comfortable so don’t mind the wait. Overall staff was professional and informative. Definitely my go to now. Car was cleaned during service, very thankful.

I get my Honda serviced here because of the customer service. Scheduled an oil change and was taken care of so fast. I’ve never had any issues and love coming here to service other vehicles with my family.

Made an appointment over two weeks in advance. Took my truck in Monday morning at 7am to have them check a warning light for safety restraint system and some running and fog light issues. Tuesday evening hadn’t heard anything and when I went to check they hadn’t even looked at it. I had to rent a car for two days to do this and they said that making an appointment was a “misconception” about getting your vehicle serviced right away. Complete joke! Won’t ever waste my time and $ here again!

My experience with service at Texan GMC was the worst service experience I have ever had.
I was misled from day one. I was told that my truck would be diagnosed the day it arrived. Because of this, I paid extra out-of-pocket to have it delivered to the dealership, trusting the maintenance representative’s promise that diagnostics would be completed on day one, repairs would begin on day two, parts would be identified immediately, and the truck would be ready by the end of the week. He assured me that the symptoms were related to a common, well-known issue.
The only thing he got right was that the symptoms were related to a common issue. He believed it was the fuel sensor module that needed to be replaced. They also replaced the batteries.
When the truck was finally finished—taking twice as long as promised—the workmanship was unacceptable. The mechanic failed to reinstall all the bolts on the battery. The air breather screws were never put back in. The top cover on the right-side battery wasn’t secured, and the left-side cover wasn’t clipped on either. Fortunately, it stayed under the hood long enough for me to find it and fix it myself.
This was the lowest-quality craftsmanship and most misleading service communication I have ever experienced.
Truck was under warranty however it costed me thousands in lost time at work definitely beyond disappointment

I went in to get a diag on why my backup cameras are glitching out and at times non-functional. They explain the problem was taken care of and as soon as put it in reverse, the camera were doing the exact same thing as when I took it in.

It seems even after I got rid of Buick vehicle they still find a way to screw me over. I took my car throughout the whole summer of 24', because for some reason they couldn't seem to find what was wrong with my vehicle. I have paperwork after paperwork, and also every time they took my vehicle for a week straight (3 times to be exact in a span of 3 months) they never seemed to have loaner vehicles. I would lose work because of it and also they never told me what was the service they would do to my vehicle until AFTER it was done. I never was asked to authorize the labor/job, they just kind of did a "oh this is what we believe was wrong with it so we decided to fix it but the parts would take 3 days to get here so hope that's okay". Oh and the advisor I had, never communicated to me once. It was always me calling them in order to know what was going on (I have call log proof). The last time they looked at my vehicle, they had it for a week straight then after I got it back "fixed" it stopped working after 2 days. And yet after that fiasco I never made a scene and purchased a 3 tire rotation and oil changes. So I traded my Buick next door to toyota (thank god) and I called them to ask since I no longer had the vehicle and never used the 3 tire rotation and oil changes services if there was a way to get refund or even a partial refund. They basically hung up on me, and I even tried to dispute it with my bank but yet they still think keeping my money is the right thing to do. Horrible experiences and Horrible services.
