Let me start off by saying we are first time home buyer’s. This housing market as of late has been competitive and unforgiving. I recently had the good fortune of working with Peter Raider as both a buyer and a seller. As buyers, my husband and I were guided by his impressive expertise as far as making an offer on a house, negotiating a contract, obtaining a mortgage and closing with relative ease. As sellers he helped us set the asking price, made suggestions on what we needed to do makes some necessary updates to our house including giving us the best painter/carpentry crew we could ask for. He also created an excellent listing, provided a wonderful photographer, handled the showing and open house and found us the perfect buyers. He even recommended the perfect moving company. We could not have asked for more and recommend him without hesitation!
