Went in to replace my two worn out front tires.

They instead replaced the two left tires from the drivers side. My rear tires are in good shape.

When I told them that's not what I wanted & where my rear good tire was at they replied with "we don't know."

I ended up buying two new tires, but they "lost" one of my good rear tires. Long story short, they only replaced one worn out front tire instead of both.

So, now I have to buy & replace the bad tire they left on in the first place.

Go somewhere else for you tire needs.

They gave me quick service but then they weren't really communicating. They were talking about their lunch while they were supposed to be looking up a tire, then one of the guys literally had their phone out showing another employee a video of some girl asking if she was cute. And I was just awkwardly standing there waiting for him to tell me my tire options.

Got two tires changed on the 5th, all went well, everything was smooth, they even put the spare I was using back in the trunk compartment.

Came back three weeks later with a SCHEDULED and already paid for appointment with tires and all to get the other two swapped, and they tell me they don’t have them in stock, and all I can do is refund and cancel the order.

It is NOT hard to keep inventory and update the system. It is ridiculous that I can PAY for tires and then have to wait over a week just to get a refund when they don’t have it.

Definitely not the vibe. I came here because it was close by, but MOST (not all) of the mechanics work and walk like they’re getting paid by the hour…..oh wait. They look like they are forced to be there for their livelihood to continue…..oh wait. So I understand and was not upset with that part - (but it’s good to note for future customers). But main concern is my tire was installed incorrectly and took 2 HOURS (even with a scheduled appointment) to put my 2 back tires on. The people inside the counter are kind, especially the small girl with glasses who schedules everyone up :) she was kind. Didn’t get her name because I’m not trying to have anyone’s hopes go up, ya know? But overall, probably would not really recommend.

Visit this place and was instantly reminded why I DONT go to Walmart for oil change. Particularly this one. KIDS! Look like they’re in high school or just came out. On the register and working on the cars. It wasn’t even busy and I sat and watched my car sit for 1 hour and 30 min. Everyone playing, cracking jokes, flirting with the females that work at Walmart and just walking in circles acting like they’re working. I asked for the keys to my car went to Valvoline and my car was done professionally in 15-20 min. Because it was adults working, not kids. I don’t care if this is the only place open for a oil change I would rather drive way to 249. And I only stay 3 mins from the Walmart. NEVER AGAIN!

The worst place you can come, bad service reps with an attitude like you’re begging. They stopping working on my car and went to work on a car that came an hour after i was here on the outisde doing diagnosis and left only to come back to me and tell me after 2 hours that they so not have my tire in stock while its under warranty. If i can give a negative -10 that’s what they worth.

They literally did not put the cap back after service. Also drain plug is leaking now. Have never had issues with oil leaks in my Honda Crv. Never coming back

I will NEVER come to this place to get my oil changed again!!! I had been waiting for 2 hours to get my oil changed. I was shopping around when I received a call from the Walmart Auto Center. I had missed the call but I had immediately called back and there was no answer. I went back to the auto area and there was a customer ahead of me. Who was dealing with an issue about a car battery. I saw them when they pulled my car out and I was thinking they were done. Once it was my turn at the register, I asked about my car. They told me they had canceled the oil change because they needed me to sign something first. I asked for the manager whose name is Walter, told me they called me and also sent a text message trying to reach me. The last text message I received from them stated that they started on my car. I explained to him how I have been waiting in line but all he told me was if I wanted an oil change I had to get back in line which was another 2 hours. I had my kids with me and I didn't think it was right to send me to the back when they didn't even call my name to see if I was in the line waiting. They are very disorganized and it's sad to have people like this in customer service that didn't even try to solve the issue. Congratulations Walmart, you have lost another customer!!

Worst service ever! When I showed up to drop my car off nobody helped me and when someone finally did she was on her personal phone talking the entire time. I dropped my car off for a simple oil change over two hours later they still had not serviced my car on account of “not having the oil” for my car. The lady claimed that they tried calling me “several times” but I had no missed calls at all from any numbers. I called THEM multiple times to ask about the status of my car and they never answered the phone so I doubt they called me at all. I finally just went back up there to see if my car was ready. Worst service and a waste of my time they didn’t take accountability and tried to act like because I did not “answer” their calls it was my fault that my car was not serviced. The only solution that I was offered was to go into the store and buy the oil myself for them to use. Very ghetto and unprofessional! I took my car in at 12:30 and went back at 3, it wasn’t an early time for them not to know they didn’t have the oil to let me know whenever I dropped the car off. They need to hire better employees

So I came here on a Sunday it was like 2pm and the guy said it was going to be a hour wait. So I was like okay sure that’s fine I didn’t leave until 4:45pm. Rob was just walking around on his phone calling some one asking about some keys. The other guys was just standing around for awhile not doing anything. I swear this was the slowest oil change I ever got. When it hit 3 I asked what was taking so long and the guy said they was waiting on the oil to drain out my car I’m like it takes a hour for oil to drain out. Definitely do not recommend
