As a new widow I took a chance on a long distance (from Texas to New Orleans) vehicle purchase. Alex took time with me and all my worries! My 2018 BMW X5 was worth every penny. The car was exactly as described and Alex even took me on a virtual test drive! Shipping was both affordable and efficient! Went to West Oak L&M on 5/16/25 with my husband to view a Range Rover. We were met by Victor who was the most respectful, friendly guy! He attended to us until we could meet with Alex. Alex was very friendly and professional as well. He took us on a test drive and showed us some of the vehicles features and took his time in working with us. We really liked the vehicle. He held it for us until the following Monday with a non-refundable deposit. We sent our mechanic to inspect it (which we should all do). During the purchasing process he explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions. Alex is the best! And he gave us a fair deal. (Women: You know how most male car salesman direct their conversations toward the males because they think that you have no knowledge of cars?!?! Alex is NOT that guy. He included me in all conversations and treated me with respect. I liked that alot...especially since I have a vast knowledge of cars and repairs.) Alex and West Oak L&M are the real deal. We will purchase from here again and highly recommend them.
