This has been our second stay at Heights Hotel, the staff is incredibly kind and helpful, shout out to Michael who makes things happen and also a very nice guy.

Place is recently renovated. That being said, you could tell the rooms are old, toilet flushing was week. Shower didnt work properly. Parking is tight. Service was great, no one was rude. Didn't try the restaurant.

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Perfect for the price. Even using the public transport with Houston's metro app never leaves you with a >5 minute wait but still there weren't a lot of interesting things nearby.

We stayed at this Hotel for 28 days, the location is very close to the Galleria Mall, Walgreens, CVS, a few high end restaurants and also a food court at Alabama St.
Cleaning of the rooms should be allowed while guests are present, especially with some review

This hotel is pretty decent for $65 a night, $22 an hr if you need a short stay. Clean ,Near 59 freeway, big screen with movie channels. Enjoyed my short stay. Beds are comfy!! Will definitely be back if i need to go into hiding!!

The room we were offered smelled like straight cigarettes. The smell was so strong and the bed sheets looked burnt/used. The tv as well did not work.

Great, hotel, staff and location. The staff are nice, great customer service. It’s clean and smells good. They have a beautiful pool to enjoy. The breakfast has more options than most hotels. I love the fact they have pork-less opinions. I’ll definitely book
