I don't recommend One Pool Street as an accommodation at all. Your basic daily needs as a human being will not be met. Inconsistent hot water to shower, and often you will have to finish your shower in freezing cold water when it's -3 degrees outside. Heater r

This accommodation is the worst ucl accommodation available. if you are allocated it, i would recommend joining the waitlist to change and staying in other accom where possible - go intercollegiate or live at home... Moved in 3 months ago and there is no hot w

The people working there are nice, friendly and understanding, but the accomodation's room heating, water heating and plumbing issues make the price per week not worth it. Last I heard, dozens of people were still forced to shower with cold water in -3 to 1 de
