How many invitations can I send?

Basic includes 200 invitations a month (up to 50 a day), Premium 1,000 a month (up to 200 a day). The free trial includes 50 invitations to try.

Can I invite only my happy customers?

No — and that is what makes the rating worth something. Invite every customer; a calm public reply to a critical review earns more trust than a wall of perfect scores.

Do customers need an account?

They sign in or create a free account with the email you invited — that is how the rating is tied to the invitation and earns its Verified badge.
