Based on my observation the facility was clean, excellent customer service and knowledgeable, the technician explained in detail what the issues my car had, and I paid good price for an AC repair and oil change.

Thank you, Ava! We appreciate you trusting us with your A/C repair and oil change. We're glad we could explain what was causing the problem and help you make an informed repair decision. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we look forward to helping you with your vehicle's maintenance and repair needs in the future!
I recently moved to Texas and initially had my inspection done here. A few months later my transmission was acting up and had to have it completely replaced. Aside from my large suv running gorgeously now, the amount of care that went into the entire process was priceless. I Thank you, for a job exceptionally well done.

Glad we could help. Thank you for your kind words. Welcome to Texas!
I bring all my cars here! These people are honest and friendly. They do most services. Its a 1 stop shop. ALEX takes his time to properly diagnose the car and make sure everything is working properly. Prices are resonable. I recommend this place to all my friends and family!

Diego, thank you for taking the time to give us this uplifting feedback. Thank you.
Great customer service & completely honest! Alex could’ve been dishonest and taken our money but what he told us was confirmation. He was very informative by communicating the cons & pros regarding the engine failure & other issues. Thanks again Alex!

Trustworthy expertise! Alex is extremely knowledgeable in his trade and takes much pride in every job he's ever done for us. Prioritizing safety first, he is considerate of our budget without any pressure. So with our older vehicles, we prioritize and execute putting safety first. It's been a great experience at 2978 Inspection and Auto! Highly recommend to anyone looking for an honest mechanic that desires to get the job done correctly at an affordable price. He's upfront with all details of repairs which is a added bonus!

Comfortable waiting room. Professional and friendly customer service. We have taken our cars for inspections and oil changes to this shop. Best experience was when the mechanic fixed a jammed dipstick on my elderly Mom's car. She had taken it in to another shop for an oil change. That shop botched the job and left her high and try. Two other mechanics looked at it and couldn't get the broken dipstick out. I took it to 2978 Inspection and Auto Shop feeling pretty hopeless. The mechanic there got me in right away and fixed the problem. He was extremely reasonable in what he charged for the repair. Very happy with how this worked out.

Had my 4-Runner serviced here for a couple years now, they're always professional and quick. I really appreciate how they'll take pictures and video of the components they're working on to show you the actual damage.
I just moved to the area a while ago and have been trying to find a smaller place nearby that has BOTH honest service, AND isn't always busy so that you can reliably get routine maintenance on the spot. It seems that's a pretty difficult combo to come by, but look no further!!
To top it off, this place has some of the best prices I've ever seen, the receptionist is very nice and straightforward, they're really fast, and the waiting area is comfortable.
Absolutely no reason to go elsewhere for routine maintenance imo.
