I really regret going there for the X-ray. The images weren't even transferred to my pulmonologist. When I called them, they kept passing the buck, saying things like, "I'm only responsible for this and that..."

I needed a toe X-ray and they said it would be no more than $50 on a Saturday afternoon. I called ahead and gave them my medical insurance so I thought it wouldnโt take so long. They have a stack if papers which you have to fill out, everyone of them requiring at least my name printed and my signature and date.
Of course I signed them all without reading them - at least 50 pages to sign and date - Iโd have been there til next Friday had I actually read the huge stack of papers. My wrist literally was sore after filling out ALL the dozens of forms. Despite calling ahead for an appointment, despite the fact that they already had my medical insurance information, despite the fact that I had to fill out at least 50 pages of forms, I still waited for close to an hour and I was the only person there.
After my X-ray I waited for my cd copy of my X-ray. After another 15-20 minutes the gentlemen brought my cdrom to me ad said youโre post menapausal right and I said no. Then he said thatโs right you had your period 2 weeks ago. I said yes, thank you for telling everyone. By this time there were other people in the waiting room filling out their stacks of papers. I didnโt appreciate the wait, the 50+ some pages I had to sign, or the discussion of my period in the waiting room.

Have attempted 3 deliveries in last 3 months for someone who hasn't lived at address in over 2 years.informed driver each time of this fact. Now trying to pick up same stuff and informed driver of same info. He was uninterested and wanted to call office. Do not answer phone when called or get all circuits busy.
