I just purchased my vehicle in May and had issues with my interior lights. The entire right side of the car didn’t light up. I wasn’t aware that the center console lights were out as well. The windshield wipers seem worn out and I’ve bought this up twice now, and it still has not been replaced, but it just gets overlooked and nothing has been done. I dropped my car off on 8/13/26 and when I picked it up this past Saturday the 15th, when one the young lady pulled up my car the gas lid was open, the cap was closed. I didn’t notice until later when I got home to put my son’s car seat in the car, there were greasy handprints and black stains on the seat. (My interior is white) then the mats had too much armor all so my son almost slipped getting out of the car. The door and window had finger prints from the armor all as well. I cleaned it because my son gets in and out on the right side for school. Then I notice the driver side doors are all oily with finger prints. I’ve never had this issue and for driving an Audi, I expect the service would be much better. I’ve never had issues anywhere else prior when bringing my car in for service or maintenance.

I would not recommend having your vehicle serviced here. The service hours were incorrect on their website and they had to be corrected the next day. Very unprofessional and hard to contact the service reps. The sales department was incredible in helping me retrieve my vehicle and sort of the situation. I did appreciate that the work and repairs completed were correct.
