As an international student, my experience here has been highly disappointing, particularly given that we pay three times the tuition fees of domestic students. The level of academic support does not match the cost. Throughout my entire module, the professor did not reach out or check in on my progress a single time.
Furthermore, the quality of classroom teaching is lacking. I regularly commuted all the way from Reading to London for classes, only for the lecturer to show YouTube videos or hand out papers for us to read silently in class. Self-study at home would have been far more productive than attending these lectures. There is a noticeable disparity in how students are treated, and the institution seriously needs to evaluate the value and quality of education it provides to its international student community.

This university has wasted my 2 intakes. They don’t respond in time and left students waiting. I had evth ready for my law top up, paid the initial deposit, and fulfilled every requirement, even after tht they left me waitin for months and didn’t issue the CAS. So i had to ask for refund after waiting for half a year and they again left me waiting for other two months. It’s literally the worst uni for top up programs

Worst finance ever the lady who is working in finance named as ayesha Umair is the worst and rude lady ever I have seen she don’t even know how to talk with someone first give her some education some ethics then sit her on this post otherwise she is even not a 0% eligible for this post

Please read my full review before deciding to take admission here, as it is based on my real experience.
This university is not at all as it is presented on the website. The staff’s behavior is very strict and often harsh. If you need assistance and send an email, you may not receive a response for several days. Additionally, some teachers may develop a negative attitude toward certain students, and even when your research work is correct, there is still a possibility of being unfairly failed.
I strongly recommend carefully considering these issues before making a decision about admission.

Its been more than three months since they confirmed the have processed the refund but now when asked again and again they just saying that there payment partner “Convera” is not processing the refund. I am not sure if i’ll get my money back or i have to take any legal action against them .

Awful university, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They invited me for an assessment but couldn't conduct the interview. They finally arranged the interview and sent the offer. The delay meant that I received my Student Finance 2 days after the enrollment date yet the still made me defer. Other universities don't do this so MY ADVICE IS APPLY TO ANY OTHER UNIVERSITY IN LONDON. You've been warned
