Blocks Online is a great software for block management. Its so easy to use and their help/support options are great, with their communications always very quick. What I like most about Blocks Online is that it is always improving and keeping up with changes in legislation to ensure I am always kept compliant. My clients love their online portals too. I would highly recommend Blocks Online.

We recently switched to Blocks Online for our property management software needs. Mariusz, Brett and Sethu have been extremely professional and helpful during the onboarding process, helping the switch from our previous provider run as smoothly as possible.
Whilst we are yet to fully incorporate Blocks Online into the business, the software is user friendly, has plenty of helpful tools and I'm confident it will improve the everyday efficiency of our Property Managers.

Blocks Online is an excellent piece of software: it’s very easy to navigate and quick to learn. Everything is laid out logically, which makes day‑to‑day use straightforward and efficient.
Whenever something isn’t immediately clear, the user manual is thorough and easy to follow. On the rare occasions we can’t find the answer ourselves, the support team are always on hand and incredibly helpful, responding quickly and clearly.
If we had to make the decision again when choosing block management software, we wouldn’t hesitate: we would choose Blocks Online every time.

I started a new job two months ago and I have never used Blocks Online Software before. I found it very user friendly, and I learned everything I needed to know on accounts payable in one week. I have also been processing receipts and matching receipts for the tenants payments, which I have never done before but, found it very easy. I love the fact that you can find step by step instructions online for everything and they are very easy to follow. I have emailed Customer Services twice in the two months I have been working in my new job and they are very polite and friendly and answer your queries very promptly with step by step instructions, in my opinion they go above and beyond for their clients. Keep up the EXCELLENT work, I have enjoyed working with your software so far and will do so for many years to come.
