I was referred to BMW West by a friend. I had a great experience. Enrique was my sales rep. I test drove an iX and an i5. I ended up deciding on the i5 and initially wanted a CPO. In 2 days he found me a new car that checked all of my must-have boxes at a price that I’m very happy with. The purchase process was smooth. I was able to complete a lot of items online. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. The communication and service were great. I would recommend coming here if you’re interested in a BMW. Thank you, Enrique and Charles!

I had an amazing experience working with Angelo. From start to finish, he provided phenomenal service and made sure I felt taken care of every step of the way. I told him I needed to leave the lot with a vehicle the same day, and he truly went above and beyond to make that happen.

He did not rush me into anything. He made sure I got the right vehicle for my needs at the best deal possible. He was patient, knowledgeable, and had my best interest in mind the entire time.

I want to start by saying that Omar was excellent. He was very professional, patient, and did everything he could to make sure I was taken care of. His customer service and attitude throughout the process were truly appreciated.
However, my overall experience purchasing the vehicle was more difficult than I expected. I purchased a 2026 BMW 5 Series with only 5,000 miles, so I assumed it would be in near-perfect condition. Unfortunately, when I brought the vehicle home, I discovered there was a nail in one of the tires, which meant I had to bring the car back and push to have the tire replaced.
In addition, I later noticed a chip in the front windshield. Because the car was delivered very late in the evening, I didn’t have the opportunity to fully inspect it at the dealership. I was also disappointed that the vehicle was not properly detailed when I received it. Even though it was technically a used vehicle, with only 5,000 miles and at the price point I paid, I expected it to be presented in much better condition.
Overall, I was disappointed with the preparation of the vehicle. However, I do want to emphasize again that Omar himself was outstanding and remained professional throughout the entire process.
While I was not completely satisfied with everything regarding the vehicle’s condition, I can live with it, and I truly do love the car. My hope is that in the future the dealership will take more care in preparing vehicles so that customers receive them in the condition they expect.

We had an incredible experience at BMW of West Houston and had to share!

Ray in finance was absolutely outstanding—kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He never once tried to push anything we didn’t need, never made us feel rushed, and truly went above and beyond to secure the best possible interest rate for us. It made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

Our salesman, Ramdy, was just as amazing. From the very beginning all the way through delivery, he made sure we got exactly the car we were hoping for. His professionalism, communication, and dedication really stood out.

The service department also did a fantastic job detailing the car—it looked perfect when we received it.

This is actually our second car purchase from them in just two days, and once again, BMW of West Houston exceeded our expectations in every way. We will absolutely be back and wouldn’t go anywhere

I had a really nice experience at BMW West Houston. My salesman, Augustin, was great to work with—professional, friendly, and easygoing throughout the whole process. He made everything straightforward and was happy to answer my questions without making me feel pressured. The dealership itself was welcoming and the overall experience was smooth. Just moved to the area and was looking for a new dealership, to get services done. Went in for an oil change on my current vehicle and was also interested in exploring new vehicle options for my wife. Marvin Barahona came up and introduced himself and asked if I need any help or had any questions about anything, I told him we were in the market for a new vehicle for my wife but we were also exploring other brands. He showed me what I wanted to see and answered all my questions. I advised him it was ultimately my wife’s choice, so we set a time to come back and meet. My wife’s schedule is kind of hectic and Marvin was awesome at accommodating and adjusting on the fly to our availability. During the time in between our scheduled meeting, my wife and I saw a vehicle online at another local dealership, so I called Marvin to see if there was any affiliation and he stated there was and advised he could have the vehicle brought over from the other dealership for viewing. Marvin stayed in good contact and communication through the whole process and was transparent with everything. My wife and I are now the owners of an amazing 2026 BMW X7. Big thanks to Marvin for putting in the work, to get us the vehicle we wanted, top dollar for our trade, and for staying late to get everything finalized and us out the door. Definitely recommend Marvin and BMW West Houston if your in the market for an amazing machine!

The sales experience at BMW of West Houston was at another level. Izzee Ghazawna and Kristjan Rosario were amazing to work with!!! No games,
Listened to what I was looking for and made it happen. Izzee walked me around the car pointing out all the features when I arrived at the dealership. Kristjan helped me set up all the setting to my liking post sale. It was great to work with people who were passionate about BMWs and knew their product. I can’t recommend them enough.

Frank Wang from BMW West is without a doubt the best Sales contact I have dealt with (background I have sold/bought over 6 cars in the year 2025 for various unfortunate reasons at various dealerships).

Frank was engaging from the outgo, listened attentively to our needs and came up with a variety of cars for us to test drive and view. He was knowledgeable, giving his opinions where it mattered and handled our concerns professionally.

One of the most important aspects was his follow up and commitment in carrying out his promises.

BMW West is now my go-to dealership for all my future cars because of Frank. I am also going to recommend all my family and friends to this man.
