I bought a car here a couple of months ago. I loved how patient and nice richard was he showed me around untill i found the car i wanted to take home. Some family members have also bought here and never have they complained about a damaged car so i trust this dealership so much. Thank you so much guys the store in general has a good working team.
I just purchased a 2015 GMC Yukon SLT. Best of all it is Pearl White... looks very classy and sexy by the way. I had the best car buying experience and the customer service was focused and engaged. My Sales Rep was Jose and he made the whole process very easy and quick. I would highly recommend Jose at Cartex Motors for your car buying needs!!!
BASIC BUY HERE PAY HERE SCAM DEALERSHIP. DURING HARVEY THEY TRIED TO CLAIM WATER DAMAGE ON OVER 100 CARS WITH A PROGRESSIVE POLICY. THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE BEWARE!!!!

REALLY ???<br>We didn’t have no water damage in Harvey on any car on our inventory !!!<br>We haven’t claim for no water damage with progressive on no car or any other property !!!<br>We don’t have insurance with progressive on our cars !!!<br>We gladly accept progressive insurance for our customers when they chose progressive<br>Harvey happened 2 years ago<br>Did you just wake up from hibernating or something ?<br>REALLY ?

I have to say I have been sooo impressed by my entire experience with CarTex Motors! The quality of the vehicles, relatively low miles, my salesman, Jose, has been great. Even the other salesman, Richard, has jumped in several times to help out. And the Office Manager, Tatiana, has been a great help! I mean the entire staff just great teamwork and truly helpful. MoT importantly, even though I bought my vehicle “As-is” with no warranty; they promised to fix the Che I engine light that was on. I didn’t get it in writing, which I should have of course, but it did not matter because they fixed it for free. It took two days, they had to really tear apart the engine to get to the part; but fixed it at no charge to me. Also, the day after I got it I notice something wrong with the turning; so they looked at it, and fixed the rack and pinion steering! Lastly, the speakers were cutting in and out and I had no idea why. They even fixed that. Now my only remote complaint is they replaced the speakers with really cheap ones that rattle which drive me crazy. BUT they did it for free so I couldn’t complain and I will just go to some audio place eventually and get better speakers. I can’t say they would do this on every vehicle they sale AND I admit I’m a little sidity, and I like nice stuff; but they delivered and more import delivered on their promises when ALL but the check engine light they hadn’t promised! Says a LOT to me about integrity there from all of them. And again, minus these minor issues I got an 11 year old vehicle that looks almost brand new with VERY few defects and low miles. If you want a good vehicle with a place that will be straightforward and good quality, definitely go see Jose & Richard and the rest of the staff at CarTex Motors!!!

Jose was my sales man . I liked the purchased I made. I am happy with the business I don't have any complaints from them. Its a great company, I would recommend it to anyone needing a vehicle. The car I got still runs great purchased in 2015.

I just purchased a car (2013 Lincoln MKZ) from Cartex and my experience was beyond what I expected. As anyone looking to purchase a car especially with in-house financing you look at the customer reviews . I won't lie I was very scheptical because of the reviews but I made the decision to gain my own experience..This car lot offered very nice clean used vehicles. The service I experienced was exceptional. The two salesmen were amazing. Richard and Jose were both very pleasant and patient showed me quite a few vehicles. I settled on a vehicle and began the process of purchasing my car. It was so easy and Jose explained everything to me step by step. This guy was awesome and helping so much throughout the whole process. Very understanding guy in fact this whole team including the ladies at the front desk were all friendly helpful and explained every single step. The thing is COMMUNICATION. It goes a long ways as well as being responsible adults. A lot if these reviews will alter your decisions making when searching for the best place of business. My advice is to be more open and get your own experience . This establishment deserves a 5 star because they earned it all around. I will most definitely purchase from them again and refer anyone in the market for a vehicle to Cartex. Thank u I absolutely love my car!

Definitely one of the more greater experiences at a car dealership. Provided me with several options within my budget and I was able to start the process the same day after I came to a conclusion. Overall, the service was great! Haven’t had any problems with my car and am extremely happy with my purchase. Do recommend!
Purchased a car from them last week and they've been nothing short of fantastic to deal with. I'd definitely recommend them to any friend or family member looking for the types of cars they sell. This is my second car I bought from them.. One of the best car dealers in Houston. Super easy process.... Jose was my salesperson on both of my car deals. Jose is one of the most helpful sales agents I seen in a long time.... On top of that, the Cartex staff is super professional, and always on point when it comes to communication. Always answering the questions I had. I will definitely bring my family and friends for tax season. Excellent pricing also.
I purchased my BMW from here 4 years ago, had no issues whatsoever with it and whenever i needed maintenance on it they refer you to mechanics and have discount prices for anything you need from changing oil to installing a new radio system. Recommended this place to my younger brother who just bought his Mercedes CLK from here and its perfect! Would recommend this place to anyone. Just by looking and test driving the cars you can tell they're in perfect condition.
