Christian Brothers provides amazing service. I had an issue with a brake light on my car, and Joe quickly ordered the necessary parts from California to replace it. This morning, my car battery died, and I called Joe, who once again promptly assisted me to replace it. I can’t thank him enough for saving my day!
The team at Christian Brothers is very courteous, professional, and efficient. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is having an auto issue.

I debated whether or not to post this review because Christian Brothers until now provided me with excellent service. I went in for an engine light. This was something I had previously serviced at CB. Turns out there was nothing wrong with my car. The issue was my new battery reset the computer which caused the engine light so CB said I would not be charged. Great. Excellent service.

Then I asked if I could get the inspection done that was the whole reason for me coming in for the light in the first place. No, we will be unable to do that. Oh. Ok. That’s a first. But I understand maybe they were busy. Not once did he offer to schedule me or anything.

Why am I writing this? The same man I believed to be a manager of some sort was very rude at my first encounter. As I talked to the other young man servicing me, he felt the need to rudely interject with such a condescending tone that I was immediately taken aback (as was another customer who felt the need to ask my about my experience there because she too saw the behavior).

To further the issue, since I had used the CB car shuttle service to drop me off at work; upon request of a ride to retrieve my car (something I’ve done a few times with CB), the same man told me he already set me for later pickup with another customer and would not be able to pick me up until then.

Ok. Interesting. So I Uber back to CB only to discover the shuttle sitting there. If it’s a courtesy service, provide the courtesy.

I will not be back. And I hope through this review, you take a hard look at how you speak to regular customers.

My Lexus had a major system failure and I had it tiwed here and Sam was great to work with. Really fought for me to get my repairs covered by my warranty. Very grateful for all there efforts and quality of work. Top notch facility and very trustworthy.

Took my vehicle in for an oil change and thankfully they did an overall safety inspection. They found a major safety issue and immediately brought me to the vehicle to show me. Of course it had to be fixed immediately. It was an expense not expecting, but Sam was able to secure financing for me and Richard drove me home to wait it out since going be an all day job. They even stayed an hour late to make sure I had my vehicle back in my hands today. Thank you both for all you did and I will be recommending your shop to everyone I know.

I’ve trusted Christian Brothers Automotive with my vehicles for over 5 years. Sam was extremely helpful and provided great customer service. I especially appreciated the video inspection of my Wagoneer’s shocks, it was informative and made it easy to understand the issue. Highly recommend!
