Nothing but liars. Called all day to ask if vehicle was available and to please make sure all was good. I show up after driving nearly 1 hr just to hear that its not available and has been sold. 😠 😡 😤. Sales is joke.
Don't come to this dealership.

I had a very disappointing experience with the pre-owned department. With sale man name juan
I was clear from the start that my lowest price was $27,500. The representative specifically told me, 'I promise I can get you very close to this price to get me into the dealership. However, after the appraisal, they offered me $23,000. It was a complete waste of time. I had already informed them I wouldn't take a penny less than my asking price. yet they still used 'bait and switch' tactics to get me through the door. Save yourself the trip and go somewhere that respects your time and your word.

We recently worked with Joe at car bingo, to sell our Mustang. He was so helpful, not pushy just took care of business like a professional. They offered a fair price and didn't try to change it once we were there. Great experience, I would highly recommend Car Bingo, and Joe .

It was an amazing experience. At first I was skeptical because they’re offer was way over what all other offers were. But Ben talked me through the whole process and explained everything to me. 100% satisfied with the whole process, I drove it to the lot in Katy and less than 2 hours later the money was wired into my account.

Carbingo provided a fantastic, good experience. The fellow who called me in response to my inquiry, Jesse, was very friendly and professional. He gave clear instructions about the information he needed to appraise my car, and ultimately offered a price that was completely consistent with the on-line calculator. He made it easy to make an appointment for the delivery of the car -- and again, was super friendly and professional throughout the process. Once at Carbingo, they assigned a financial person Hisela to help with the payment process. She too was extremely friendly and professional. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Carbingo did exactly what they said they’d do...it was a new experience for me and I honestly was a bit skeptical about the whole process but in the end everything went as they said it would...I still stood my ground and didn't let it leave my driveway until I knew the bank had been paid. They had a 3rd party company come pick it up and I no longer have the vehicle that I truly loved but it was time to part with it.

Good experience, Carbingo beat all other 8 other offers. Offered concierge service, never left our home agreed on deal via text, email and phone. Completed deal within 24 hours (would have been quicker but I was not available) Carbingo gave us a check when the picked up the vehicle (offered wire transfer as well). We are very satisfied
