Hey guys yall be careful, don’t allow this people to fix your car if u hit someone else! They give u a price and they add more damages after the agreement so you can pay more!! They been hustling people!!! Be real careful with them

I was rear ended and I needed extensive bodywork done to my car. They got me in a timely manner. They were able to handle my insurance company and they were even a Preferred shop through my insurance. They kept me updated throughout the process. They even helped me Arrange a rental car and allowed me to park the rental car there so the company could pick it up once the work was complete. I was very happy with the service, the quality of work and the timeframe it was complete in. I hope I never need bodywork done again, but if I do, I will definitely be back.

I can't express enough how impressed I am with the work done at Crosby Paint and Body. This is my first time to ever use them and I was so pleased to see the paint was matched perfectly and the repair done so well. And on top of the phenomenal work, I was pleased that the owner, Tony, was so kind and was wonderful with communication. This seems to be rare in businesses these days so it was nice to experience that. I would definitely recommend this business.

In 2015 my truck was painted by Crosby Paint and Body owned by Tony Green in Crosby, Texas. About two years later twenty three defects in the paint showed up. Tony with Crosby Paint and Body stood tall and fixed all defects. In 2021, two more defects showed up. With Covid, open heart surgery and other health issues, I returned in January 2023. Again, Tony Green of Crosby Paint and Body stepped up without question and honored their workmanship. I am totally satisfied with Tony Green with Crosby Paint and Body.

It was a pleasure dealing with Tony and I am extremely happy with the work that was done on my car. I was really concerned with cost since I was paying out of pocket after rear-ending someone. (Oops!) They made my car pretty again, and did not charge me an arm and a leg. Tony was very straightforward, explained what needed to be done and what I should expect, and made sure the job was done to my satisfaction. I hope that I don’t have to have any more body work like that done to my car but if I do, I’ll definitely go back there.

I've used Crosby Paint and Body several times over the last few years. Tony went above and beyond to resolve a water leak in the cab of my car. He takes the time to explain the situation and how the repair was made. I highly recommend Crosby Paint and Body.

My truck was taken to them after being t-boned. After 2 weeks of driving the truck the alignment went out so I took it back to them. They took it to their alignment shop who told them it would no longer be under warranty. I drive it another 2 weeks or so and the alignment goes out again. I take it back to the body shop and and they tell me they can't help me. I end up taking it to a local mechanics shop and find out the axle is 8 to 10 degrees out. It's noticeably bent and shouldn't have been being driven. the owner talked to me like I was trying to get over on him. I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy.
Response to your response: just because a lifted truck had mud on it shouldn't be an automatic excuse to not warranty an alignment and you shouldn't have allowed it to be. Regardless, no alignment is going to work when the axle is bent like mine is. I don't know your line of work but I would think since I brought you a wrecked truck that was t-boned and needed alignment work, the axle is something that would be checked for damage. The mechanic said he was very surprised it was able to be missed by you and uvalde muffler as bad as it is. When I came back the second time you treated me like I was trying to get over on y'all and basically wiped your hands of me. I don't need to get something for free and would have paid for the work of it was my fault but you had no desire to offer any kind of customer service once the insurance company had paid you. My mechanic will take care of the problem and I will definitely take my business elsewhere in the future and recommend others do as well.

The alignment shop we use is one of a handful in this area having the knowledge and expertise to align trucks like yours that are lifted beyond what the factory specifies. When the truck was delivered to you in March of this year, it was in spec. When it was brought back a few weeks later out of alignment, we took it back to the alignment shop and asked that they re-align and let us know if they found any issues that might prevent it from getting back to factory specs. When we received it from the shop a second time it was back to spec. They informed us that based on the amount of mud caked on the vehicle it appeared the truck was being driven in off-road conditions and they would not continue to warranty the alignment against that type of driving.<br>If you are willing to bring me the invoice from the local mechanic documenting the work performed; after reviewing, I would consider reimbursing you for the repairs if it shows negligence on our part.

I took my car here because my sliding door was not working properly anymore and they gave me one of the best quotes in town. the longest part of this whole experience was waiting on the part to be delivered. once it was delivered they had the panels off my car and the part replaced within a day. amazing service and the owner and the guy at the front desk explained every step to me to make sure it was being done properly. Will defiantly be coming back here for any repairs needed in the future and recommend this place to anyone looking for body repair.

Crosby Paint and Body stands for great collision repair.
The owner Mr. Green established a most trustworthy business in suburban Houston, that I gladly recommend. The business is managed very process driven, partnering up with leading suppliers, no wonder he is on the list of the insurances. This was my 2nd time having a car taken care of and I am stunned by the quality of work.
I am a very picky person by nature, but Mr. Green's team even manages to exceed my expectations every time. That means something! I do recommend Crosby Paint and Body without any hesitation and wish the best for growing their rock-solid business.
