Best service in the city, hands down! I was so stressed and worried about my vehicle and Deanna was the one who was there for me when I needed it most. She was honest and professional and made me feel like I was her top priority. She continued to call me to give me updates with the progress of my vehicle which showed me she cared. They had me in and out in no time. Thank you so much Deanna for your impeccable service! 5 stars!!
I blew a tire on Antoine on my way to a meeting. I pulled in hoping there was someone there that could help me and they were very gracious and very kind. Took my car in immediately and had the tire repaired within a few hours. It was a great experience!
Purchased a 2016 Mercedes GLE 350 from Auto Drive, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I stepped onto the lot, the team was welcoming and knowledgeable, making the whole process smooth and pressure-free. They answered all my questions about the car’s history and features and were upfront about everything, which I really appreciated. The vehicle itself is in pristine condition, drives beautifully, and has all the luxury and safety features I was looking for. I highly recommend Auto Drive to anyone looking for a quality, pre-owned luxury vehicle and a fantastic buying experience. Five stars!
Our car needed repair after a minor accident that left the front bummer dented and scratched. Auto Drive did a wonderful job in a timely manner. Everyone from start to finish was kind and professional. We have also taken our car there for mechanical issues and they fixed the problem for a reasonable amount. They are now our go to auto shop. Thanks Ali for making the process easy.
