Had an insanely positive experience here at GMTV. This might be the easiest, quickest way I've ever sold a vehicle. Alex in Dallas was extremely responsive, clear, and easy to work with. We were able to reach an agreement on price, and from there I sent him photo of my DL + signed 2 e-docs. Then Kayla from funding department reached out, coordinated my drop off, and I met Matt in person.
Matt quickly inspected the vehicle and confirmed everything was accurate- then he was kind enough to remove my plates & toll tag sticker for me, and handed them to me. Reminded me to remove the vehicle off my insurance & report the sale online to Texas DMV. Signed about 6 one-page documents in person, and I walked out with a check in hand.
From start to finish, everything was extremely clear & straightforward. No gimmicks. No lies. No wasting my time. I was very impressed at how flawless the hand-off was from Alex, to Kayla, and to Matt in different departments. That is no easy feat, and I commend both them and whomever is hiring these skilled folks.
The office wasn’t a real office. Period. And to be expected, the offer was cut more than an half once things got serious.

This place is a scam. Do not go here. Go to a reputable dealership chain. They will make up excuses on why they need to lower the price that they promised you over the phone. I am bought old mini cards in my life and I’ve never had a worse experience than with these guys. They text you every day trying to get your information trying to get you selling the car make you promises and then when you get here it’s all fake.

Seamlessly and flawlessly, Alex, an articulate, personable, and savvy GivemetheVIN team member orchestrated the complete transaction including the financial diagnosis, providing a clear explanation on how to complete the relevant paperwork, and the picking up of the 2015 KIA Soul. Alex's business and general marketing acumen ensured that the whole process from start to finish was nonproblematic and extremely positive. All the members of this collaborative, communicative, and cohesive team like Alex are "Crème de la crème" and deserve recognition.
They offered me half the value of my car compared to multiple listing online. Insulted by the offer.

Easy, painless transaction. I had a very low mile, somewhat rare car, and they gave me the absolute most money. Took less then 4 days from submitting, and less then 15minutes once we made the deal. Was able to cash the check that day, and had cash in my pocket

Aside from the lower offer then a CarMax and dealer I was working with, the customer service was as advertised. Great radio segment, but the lack of follow up, and response was ideal. I left a review a year ago that I just noticed was deleted….

Was a pleasant, pain free, fast experience! They came to my house twice. Once to check my ride and then to bring the check and take my car. Both visits took less than 20 minutes total.
Phil was great and communicative. And he was very nice to work with.

Easiest car sale in my long life. Process with Phil took 2 1/2 hrs from start to finish. The check cleared within a few hours, and the price was fair, compared with the results of KBB and NADA. Phil is a nice person to deal with.
