They have a good selection of used vehicles at competitive prices. Matt was our salesman and was very kind and helpful. I was not super thrilled with the finance process though. They tried to charge a $1500 “preparation & reconditioning” fee on a $10,000 vehicle in addition to all the usual taxes, licensing fees, etc. This was absolutely ridiculous. I expected to pay about 10% in taxes & fees, but the first total they tried to give me was more than $13,000, which was over 30% more than the marked price. I was about to walk out and thankfully we were able to negotiate some things to bring the price into a range I was willing to pay, though I still wasn’t happy. I understand it may take some work to get a used vehicle ready to sell, but not $1500 if you’re just talking about cleaning/detailing. The Carfax does not show that they did any mechanical repairs. If you want to charge a “prep” fee, then add that into the sales price of the vehicle. Don’t post a low price to get people in the door and try to add sneaky fees into the total price after the fact. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars (and the only reason I still bought the vehicle) is because the price was really good even with the added fees.

Nice staff and salesman, but the fees they add on are insane.
They have a ~$250 paperwork fee which would’ve been doable without the $2,999 “Prep/reconditioning” fee they add on top of the price they advertise and state fees. It’s apparently added because they do work on some cars when they get them in, but they itemize it and don’t explain how much it can be online. Absolutely insane; they advertise no haggling but technically you’re able to haggle on that fee alone. Didn’t purchase with them due to this insane fee and no warranty included.

Came here yesterday to buy my first car with my mom, our salesman John Moore was awesome and super helpful, definitely go forward with him if you plan on financing a car. However, the manager and owner wrote up a bunch of sketchy fees that weren’t disclosed up front. Guessing it’s because we didn’t bring a man with us but whatever. Other then that their prices are good and cars are reliable

Just purchased a Mercedes from this dealership. everything was fine on the test drive. but when I got home a notification popped up on the dash regarding the B5 service. I've heard of dealerships doing things like this but never thought I would experience it. looking at this notification, I'm positive this was cleared just to sell the vehicle. I will be contacting the dealership regarding this matter. Hopefully it can be resolved. Laura was great and very attentive!!! I would definitely recommend dealing with her.
