My experience at this shop has been nothing but rewarding for me because yes I have a used car but the extra mile that they go to make sure their customers are taken care of is a breath of fresh air! I personally wanna give a big shout out to the man with the plan Mr David, he is awesome always there for me in whatever I need even when I’m panicking lol so thank you David you are appreciated!

David is an awesome sales person . He very knowledgeable about cars, and offers the best quality cars for your budget. I'm so thankful he helped me with getting a great car for an affordable price.and a great down payment Thank you Mr.David he the sale person and manager he is a great and allsome men I do really recommend his place and if y'all go to his dealership please ask for David .... From the beginning, I believe it was God‘s plan. He guided us to this wonderful man owner of Houston auto Emporium David, who facilitated a vehicle to us God of Heaven knew much we really needed it. We are so grateful we bought the van Honda Odyssey 2007 very good conditions back in 2019, and we still got it with us Running and in very good conditions! Thank you very much, Houston Emporium David. We appreciate you so very much. God bless in Jesus Christ.🙏🏼

I will forever appreciate this place! I had literately lost almost everything and was getting back on my feet and they had completely worked with me when no one else would. I had small issues with the car once I got it and they were able to get things fixed. And when it was time to get the things fixed on my car, they worked with me so much because I work overnights, And I'm normally sleep during their business hours. Places would require for you to work on their schedule, but to make sure that I was still able to get enough sleep ,Tracy And David, Allowed me to come in whenever I was ready so that I won't be too tired for my job. Ms. Tracy even Tries to share her food with me, But I'm always too tired to even eat lol. When I was in a process of just trying to get approved and get the car, miss Tracy would call the loan company multiple times so various Times within an hour, just to make sure that they can get me into something. They both are Saints, and I just appreciate them so much for just working with me. I will forever be grateful!

I've never been made to feel so comfortable like I've felt while dealing with the Houston Auto Emporium. David is the best. He's very understanding & tries his best to accommodate you in any way possible. Tracie is such a sweetheart. She also has a great understanding when it comes to business. The Houston Auto Emporium is the place you go to when you don't want the hassle of being tricked into buying a lemon. Everyone is so upfront that there's no way you can misunderstand.

I can't thank them enough for getting me into this sweet TL. For a while now I've been eyeing these 6-speed 3rd gen models which are crazy rare.
The moment I saw they had one on their site I drove down and instantly took it for a test drive and immediately fell in love. It was love at first gear shift.
In my case, the car had a few issues that they were sorting out and willing to fix for me, but I'm mechanically inclined and offered to take it as-is and got them to knock the price down even further because of it. She's not perfect yet, but in due time she'll be a perfect fun/weekend car.
They let me test drive it many times and even allowed me to take it to my mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection which the last dealer I almost bought a car from wouldn't let me do which I ended up walking from.
They truly do care about getting you a quality car which can't be said for MANY other dealerships I've been to.
I'll be doing business with HAE in the future if they get something else that catches my eye. Truly wonderful people and a great experience.
However, on a side note regarding some comments talking about how they'll sell a car out from under you; they are a small business and are not obligated to hold a car for you based on your words. The moment I heard someone else was looking at this Acura I came down the next day and put a $1000 deposit on it. Not saying you have to be that extreme, but at LEAST leave a deposit if you find a car you like, and are dead set on getting it.

It's very rare that I post a negative review since I have a big following and the last 2 businesses I negatively reviewed - went out of business in short order. If you shop here - know for a fact - they will not honor their word and will sell your vehicle from under you in the blink of an eye - regardless of your extenuating circumstances. They sweet talk with the best of them - but, I'd rather walk than buy a vehicle from these people and I'd recommend going literally anywhere else. I won't name drop the two people... ya'all get the point. My goodness, the founder would be so disappointed with the zero follow-through.

LET'S SET THE FACTS STRAIGHT! HERE IS A CUSTOMER THAT JUST WANTS TO BE MALICIOUS AND VINDICATIVE PLAIN AND SIMPLE. A PERSON THAT CALLED ABOUT A VEHICLE THAT HAD INTEREST AND NEVER LEFT A DEPOSIT. WE HAD ANOTHER CUSTOMER COME AND PURCHASE THE VEHICLE WHICH IS OUR RIGHT AND WE PLAINLY EXPRESSED LEAVING A DEPOSIT WHICH HE SAID HE WOULD CALL BACK AND DO JUST THAT BUT NEVER DID. WE CAN'T HOLD A VEHICLE WITHOUT A DEPOSIT. BEING A SMALL COMPANY WITH CHALLENGING ECONOMIC TIMES WE MUST MAKE THE DEAL TO THE CUSTOMER THAT IS ON THE LOT AT THE TIME UNLESS A CUSTOMER HAS LEFT A DEPOSIT. HOWEVER, SINCE THE VEHICLE SOLD THIS PERSON DECIDES TO LEAVE A CRUEL REVIEW. A SPITEFUL CUSTOMER THAT DECIDES TO HURT A SMALL BUSINESS IS A CRUEL REPRESENTATION OF A PERSON THAT NEEDS HELP AND YOUR REVIEW REPRESENTS A EAGERNESS OF ANGER AND MALICIOUS INTENT WHICH IS CLEARLY WRONG DOING. INSTEAD OF MOVING FORWARD HE INTENDS TO MANIPULATE CONSUMERS AND US WITH NEGATIVE CONNOTATIONS AND FALSE ACCUSATIONS. WELL, WE ARE SORRY YOU WERE UNABLE TO COMPLETE YOUR END OF THE BARGAIN YOU MISSED OUT ON AND DUE TO SUCH AN INCONVENIENT SITUATION, YOU INCURRED, YOU DECIDE TO DEFAME A GOOD SMALL BUSINESS. WE HOPE YOU FOUND A VEHICLE TO YOUR LIKING AND WISH WE COULD PLEASE ALL BUT THAT CERTAINLY IS NOT POSSIBLE. LIFE GOES ON AND WE SHALL PREVAIL NO MATTER THIS UNFAIR CHILDISH REVIEW.

I am NOT a spiteful customer this car lot is horrible….I’ve had the vehicle for 3 months and each month I’ve had to take it back for them to hold for almost two weeks while they never fix the problem…while David tells me that fixing the car that they sold me is a privilege….everything from the gear shifts to the coolant system has been not consistent….the employees that test drive the car have admitted to leaving multiple dents and scratches in the paint…this morning I’m running over a hour late for a doctors appointment due to a faulty key fob, this is the second time the key has stopped working…plz I DO NOT recommend this car lot to anyone

We apologize for your experience. We will always improve and strive to do better. I'm sorry your key malfunctioned on the 9-year-old vehicle which can happen any time on used cars. However, the majority of times our customers have absolutely positive outcomes after the sale but sometimes can be inconvenient too at times case by case but those we truly have few and far and between. As a company we always try to accommodate in those unique circumstances as they arise for our customers. Moreover, the key difference here is our company gladly offered to do the repairs and took care of the coolant and the gear shifter cable right away as it was brought to our attention. Keep in mind these incidents happened a few months after the sale and we did the repairs as a courtesy at no charge. Most dealerships charge for such services nine times out of ten. Furthermore actually the benefit to serve our customers is always our privilege and to continually serve and earn their business for the future is our goal and how we stay in business. We even made a new key for the client as a courtesy and at no charge to the customer. In addition, we even gave a loaner car to accommodate our client throughout the repair process at no charge and towed the car in the first time at no charge a few months after the sale. Our customer even has a extended service contract to protect the vehicle in times of unique situations and or breakdowns for two years. Moreover, I understand her frustration when a car does not start and when one has to be somewhere. Regarding the incident yes we did have a incident on the lot that our porter bumped her rear bumper only not two bumpers. The repair we promised to take care of the repair and we will honor that as promised. I shared a locksmith to help relieve I hope it helps. We will strive to do better and wish better days ahead for you and the vehicle.
