Veruska and Katherine and all the staff were very kind. As always. I've been coming to this hotel for 6 years now at least 6 times a year and everything is always excellent. The food of the restaurant, the bar and the reception are always ready to satisfy all my requests with a smile and to solve my logistical and meeting problems. A 5 star hotel indeed.

Chef Damien made our experience absolutely amazing! Every dish was outstanding. The steak nachos were packed with flavor and the perfect way to start our meal. The bang bang shrimp was crispy, fresh, and had an incredible sauce. The fettuccine Alfredo was rich, creamy, and cooked to perfection. And the crème brûlée was the perfect finish—silky smooth with a beautifully caramelized top.
You can truly tell Chef Damien takes pride in his craft. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious. We left impressed and will definitely be back. Highly recommend asking for Chef Damien if you get the chance!

I had a long day after a falsely advertised Airbnb that changed my plans. Luckily, I found availability here!
Needless to say Lurayne was extremely kind, helpful and courteous during my check-in process and throughout my stay. I would recommend this place for anyone visiting

At check in the associate was kind and efficient. We booked the 1 bedroom suite which is on the the south side of the hotel so no freeway noise, and it does not share a wall with any other hotel room. Well worth the extra money! They provide a wide array of breakfast food at the lobby restaurant, and you are waited on by staff for any drinks. The beds were comfy, the room silent, and the entire hotel was clean. Will absolutely stay here again when in town!

LaRayne was very friendly and courteous when we checked in. It was a very pleasant experience. She even helped us find some paper plated so we can eat dinner. Overall our stay was amazing.

This hotel is exceptionally clean , rooms are very spacious with soft bed .Bathrooms huge moden and clean ...breakfast is great and staff are very courteous and friendly !!!I will always stay in this brand of Holiday Inn Express and suites.very accommodating.

Great hotel and a great stay! Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we loved having a view of the pool from our room. The pool itself was great and a nice place to relax. We would definitely stay here again!

Staff was super friendly, lobby is small but nice with World Cup decorations(amazing). The room is great, especially the view, but my bed got a tiny black stain, other than that it is fine. Breakfast is awesome, I recommend staying here for a night or more, even with a tiny stain in my bed(it pretty tiny) and all is from my personal experience

The hotel is clean and well maintained.
Contrary to other claims of this hotel being in a sketchy area, the area is fine: no better and no worse than any modern urban area.
I would stay at this hotel again for sure.
