Overall, staff has been amazingly Kind, helpful and friendly. The facility itself is clean and very well organized. We have felt as if we have not left our home because they truly make an effort to make Our stay feel very comfortable and Homie. The breakfast Staff is very professional, and extremely courteous.The breakfast has been thought out, always hot fresh and the items are never the same from one day to the next. The housekeeping staff has not let us down. Any time we’ve needed anything they are quick to Assist us.

Had an excellent stay at The Westin Galleria Houston. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience.
The location is unbeatable, with direct access to the Galleria for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Our room was spacious, quiet, and offered great views of the city. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a busy day.
Whether you’re visiting for business or a weekend getaway, The Westin Galleria Houston is a fantastic choice. Look forward to staying here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🏨✨

My hubby and I have been staying at the Westin Galleria for a few weeks and all the staff are great that work in the hotel. But I must say, the highlight of our visit has been Vilma in the Club Lounge. Vilma is amazing!! Talk about someone with a wonderful personality, who genuinely makes you feel better just by being greeted by her in the mornings. She is a true gem! Very accommodating and she ensured that my husband and I were well taken care of each day. Westin could not have a better person orchestrating the lounge. Vilma, you are exceptional at your job and it was a true pleasure getting to know you. I pray that we will have an opportunity to see you again on a future visit. Take good care and be blessed! We were not aware before booking a room here that loud parties are allowed past 11pm. The sound system from a party room on the 24th floor was very audible in our room six floors below. Management said they were sorry but could do nothing about it. The hotel’s location was great. But I would look into other hotel options if noise between rooms is bothersome.

Isidro at the front counter was amazing. Great customer service and very professional, polite. Very hard to find that these days . In the morning for breakfast Carmen was extremely nice and serviceable. She helped our big family enjoy our breakfast and brought our kids coloring so they could be happy and we could enjoy our time . Thank you and we will be back here soon. Thank you for your hard work. This is the cleanest hotel in the area, staff is friendly and welcoming. Carmen goes out of her way to ensure guest are comfortable and enjoying their stay. Brenda and staff do a great job in having breakfast and coffee hot and ready! I highly recommend!

We were in Houston to celebrate my cousin 65th birthday celebration April 17-20 2026 We found the Town Place Suites. When we went to the front desk Mustafa was very knowledgeable and was able to accommodate our needs at the spare of the moment, he was so friendly and willing to help us have a wonderful stay . The breakfast was good and hot . We highly recommend staying here, the rooms were nice and clean the beds were comfortable. 🤗😊

Unprofessional Management and Hidden Fees!
I stayed here with a group of 24 students and mentors between April 27 - May 4 (Room 537). Unfortunately, our experience was ruined by a manager named Madison.
From day one, she was far from being solution-oriented. She caused unnecessary delays during check-in and was incredibly disrespectful to our travel agent. The worst part was on our last night: she tried to charge us $10 for every single package received, a rule that isn't on their website and was never mentioned at check-in.
We had to demand the police be called just to get a fair conversation. Only after the Head of Security, Michael Ingram, stepped in was the problem solved. He was professional and told Madison we were right, but the damage was already done. Because of Madison’s aggressive and unprofessional attitude, my team and I will NEVER stay at Westin Galleria again. If you are a large group, beware of hidden costs and poor management.
