I had an amazing experience at NTB thanks to Terrance and Dray! From the moment I walked in, they were professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. They made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free while keeping me updated every step of the way.

The establishment itself was clean, organized, and ran efficiently, which made the experience even better. Terrance and Dray went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and felt valued as a customer. Their patience, honesty, and positive attitudes truly stood out.

If you’re looking for a place with excellent service, knowledgeable staff, and people who actually care about their customers, I highly recommend this NTB location. Huge thank you again to Terrance and Dray for making this such a great experience!

I had a wonderful experience at the NTB tire store today. The gentlemen were friendly and professional.

I came in for a tire patch but ended up with new tires for my car. I worked with Terrance and he took time on a busy Saturday morning to explain my tire situation (they were bad) and to offer several different options.

At the end he share with me other services they offer…I was impressed, it’s close to my new home. I will be back.

I came back and had another great experience with Terence and Dray. Super job. Nail in tire repaired!

Came in for a new tire and the whole process was easy from start to finish. Everyone was very professional and helpful, and they kept me updated on everything the whole time while working on my car. The ride feels much better now and customer service was great.

Dr. Dray was extremely professional, helpful, and honest throughout the whole experience. He made sure I understood what was going on with my car. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. His partner Chris was very helpful as well. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this tire shop to others.

Had a really great experience here. Dr. Dray took great care of me and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, upfront, and made sure I understood everything about my car before moving forward. Great customer service, fair pricing, and quality work. Highly recommend.

NTB on Louisiana. Don't just don't. I went in April 19th around 11:00am w/ a 3 inch nail stuck in my tires sidewall. I had a brand new tire w/ stickers attached and asked if they could install it. He LITERALLY asked me 9 times with an attitude are you sure it's a new tire w/ proof that it's new because we can't touch it unless purchased from them or new and showing stickers it's new. He could have simply walked outside and confirmed. No compassion or empathy that I'm driving around with this nail. I drove it down to NTB on Richmond and they "walked" outside seen my problem and had my car in the back within 10 minutes.

Excellent service from Terrance and his team. I came in here with a flat and they saw me right away, patched it in no time, and had me back out on the road for work. Easiest and most pleasant experience I've had at a tire shop. They've also got a nice, clean, comfy air conditioned waiting room! 5 stars well deserved.

Amazing service! Worked with me when it came to pricing the service they did on my tires and just came back for an oil change. I like that Ahmad and Terrence are always fair with me and don’t over charge me because welp…I’m a girl. Will always, always come back to them!
