Absolutely horrid office staff, and now I'm not confident in the doctor either. I was just obviously lied to. I had an appointment at 11, I called before 11 because they don't tell you which medical office building they're in so I had to figure it out on my own. I called to let them know I was coming but might be five minutes late and they told me I had to reschedule. They don't give you a second's grace period apparently. I go in anyway, and then I'm told the doctor was resting up for a surgery. Yeah, right. I'm over health professionals who obviously don't care about their patients. Don't waste your time. Needless to say, I won't be rescheduling with her. I'll find a doctor who wants to be a doctor.

Dr. John is great! I feel totally comfortable with her and her assistants. And the staff is amazing.

Dr. John is fantastic, she delivered my son and was there for us throughout the pregnancy answering all the questions and laying out all options we had. Very straight forward and professional, which i liked. Nurses are amazing and very helpful, especially Norma.

My name is Norma Nicole Rangel. Rodriguez is my maiden name and I’m a current patient of Dr. John. I have to say she is the best doctor out there! She listens to me and always makes me feel at ease while not sugar coating me and telling me how it is. She cares about her patients! Her nurse Norma is also amazing! I have had so many problems in my pregnancy so far and they are both always a phone call away. Thank you Dr. John and staff for outstanding service!

Her staff members are VERY Inefficient! Every time I have walked in the office I have had to fill out the new patient paperwork due to it being lost! Today was the last straw when I sat in the waiting area for over and hr and finally went to ask what taking so long?! I wasn't checked in, and was told the dr was delivering a baby, common curtesy would be to tell me from the beginning so I'm not waiting..the lack of communication is astounding!I wouldn't recommend anyone to this office at all. Stand clear from this office !!

Dr.John is amazing, she knows what to do in hectic situations and I feel like I owe her my life. I truly am thankful for all she does, amazing woman!
