Very frustrating experience. Impossible to reach advising or other important departments. Not by phone, not in person. Kid will likely be dropping out after first semester.

If you can go to another school, the financial aide department is a joke. Nothing to do on campus, luckily New York is near. Also Trains out of town completely are only bonuses. They are a money hungry school they do not care about the students. I did like a few of my professors and met a pretty cool Dean there. Over all experience and after taste just bad. For your own sake pick another school unless you are just there for sports or business.
