Amazing!!! When I show up to the showroom i feel like a little kid getting into toy store. I live in Austin I took the drive to Houston to buy a car from these guys. Excellent service great people you will not be disappointed. Thank you T for all your time all the help and the patience. I'll definitely send my friends over to do business with you guys. These guys don't play around they are very professional I'm very very happy with my purchase thank you again and you'll see me back definitely yes. I'm not a rich person and a lot of the cars they have are way way out of my range. I bought a 2014 VW CC Rline with 25k miles. Total price $15.000. My car feels, looks, smells and drives like brand new. I love my car and the first class service they provide. Thank you again.
Recently was looking for a nice used car for my little brother and came across Progressive Autosports on Facebook Marketplace. I was speaking with Joey back and forth and I was able to negotiate a killer deal on a beautiful 2016 Jetta 1.4 TSI which T gave the approval on. I came the next day and was greeted by Oscar who showed me the car in all its glory.
True to their listed specs and pictures, there was nothing I didn't know.
The car was an immaculate condition, no dirty windows or paint, no tear in the seats, and an engine bay clean enough to eat off of. All that's left was to test drive the car. Lo and behold, the car drove excellent! I was ready to take this car home. T helped me finish up the paperwork which was surprisingly simple and hassle-free. I was able to walk in, buy a car, complete the transaction, and drive the car home under an hour.
Progressive Autosports excels in quality and customer service, and I'm proof of that.
Excellent service. I had never purchased a vehicle without seeing it in person. Staff did a thorough overview via FaceTime, pointed everything out and once transaction was concluded, they organized the vehicle transfer very quickly. Received car in closed trailer transport within 3 days. Would highly recommend to anyone. A+++ service.
I bought an Audi A3 from Progressive Autosports. The car was immaculate and the price was great. "T" honored a price that was mistakenly posted on their Facebook page even though the vehicle should have been priced $1400.00 higher. "T" also had a buyer for the vehicle, but I had an appointment and he told the other prospective buyer he had to let me see the vehicle first. This was the best and quickest vehicle purchase I have ever made. I will definitely purchase from Progressive Autosports when I am in the market for another vehicle.
Progressive Autosports operate in excellence! I love my Acura MDX! T and his team made sure my husband and I were very satisfied with the vehicle before we purchased it. They did everything they could to make sure that I had 0 worries! I have no complaints with them! I look forward to doing business with Progressive Autosports again and again! Thank you!
My wife and I recently purchased a range rover sport for her daily use. She wanted to upgrade the wheels and tires and Taza's Progressive Autosports was my preferred choice. He has a reputation for quality work and exceptional products. My wife wanted a more refined look, nothing too flashy, without compromising safety or performance. Taza went the extra mile to accommodate her preferences and she could not have been happier.
I have been a customer of Progressives for many years. I find Taza and his staff go above and beyond on every project rather large or small. Customer service is their number one priority. I'm at a loss that anyone could claim Taza to be a con artist. Far from it. Who would even refund any monies against special order wheels? The fact he refunded less shipping was generous and evident he stands behind his product and values customer service over financial gain. To complain about the cost having known that up front and provided a deposit seems seems misplaced. If you want the best go to Progressive!!
This guy Taz is a con artist. Rip me off, stole my deposit because supposedly there was a extra shipping and freight cost charge that I wasn't even aware of, I cancelled the sale and he refuse to refund my deposit. There rims are double the price of any rim shop in houston. If you want to over pay for rims, and deal with a con artist, go see them. If not stay away, you have been warn. To be honest I wouldn't off even spent the time to even write this, but it was the principle of the matter.

hello Mr Vincent<br>my name is Abel I handle all the marketing for progressive autosports and please be honest when you write a review, don't just bash us because you decided to purchase a set of CUSTOM wheels and tires, that had to be special ordered. If you look on the bottom of our invoice it clearly states no refunds , yet we made a exception and gave you a refund minus the freight we paid. what other shop would do that?? and usually we ask for half up front, but because you were a previous client we made a exception to that also. please check any other stores, they will ask for half or payment in full. just because you had buyers remorse and thought these wheels were too expensive does not give you the right to go bashing our businesses. If you feel our rims are double the price of other shops, then you should not have ordered them. We are definitely not the cheapest, but we carry quality product, not cheap garbage, and we have been here for 25 years and stand behind everything we sell.<br><br>For everyone that reads this review, here’s my side of the story: This customer comes in wanting to customize his range rover by the weekend, and has to have a new set of wheels quickly, so we make it happen, and then he realizes they are too expensive when its time to pay the bill, and claims we are ripping him off. He’s a total internet bully, and bashes my boss and the store, even though we gave him his deposit back minus only the freight. Now, we’re stuck with these custom wheels until we find someone else to sell them to as we can’t return custom ordered wheels to our vendor. Bottom line: We do what’s right.

I purchased my car at Progressive, they worked with me to understand my budget, my desires, my non negotiables and negotiables that I could afford. The car was in mint condition when I picked it up. If I brought up any minor issues they were always responsive and willing to address them.
Getting a quality car at quality price and being treated well led to one of my best car buying experiences as a single woman.
I would highly recommend anyone who is in the market for a car, to consider them.
My experience with Progressive AutoSports has always been one of very genuine expertise and utmost professionalism. I went to them, and normally am a frugal person, but realized that they do a great job, and I'd rather pay for the quality, then to pay less and be faced with the quality issues down the road. I took my vehicle in recently, and got it back, 10xs better than what I brought in originally. They even went the extra mile to give it a full detail. So what I brought in that was not working ended up coming out, working even better and fully detailed! Thank you Progressive. Taza- thanks for showing me the eco-friendly paint booth!
