I am a cancer survivor who is sick with Ecoli and I cant be treated or else I would die. I had 750.00 ready to put down on a 2021 Grand Jeep Cherokee fully loaded for 33,000 which by the way I found out was a rip off. Did they help me no i was on their floor 3 different times from spasm. Instead they had me there for 2 + hrs with no help. I had my car towed to them out of my pocket. They said they would diagnosis my car but they did not. They looked at my car and said they would give me 500.00 when the Kelly blue book for.my car was at the most $10,5000 and at the low end $6,000 but they wanted to give me 500.00. I denied and said 750.00 so that I could hav3 enough for the full coverage ins. But they said no so I had to leave my car there and I finally was able to go get the car today and nope it was towed already. They called me yesterday and said I would be there by 08-01-2026. And yet they still towed my car. DAVID Wells Internet Sales manager was so rude when I called today 08.01.2026. I was on hold for 10 mins out of a 15 mins phone call. For them to step outside to see if my car was still there. They dont work with everyone or at least not a single mom with no credit who is is sick with ecoli. But instead im being forced to go in person. So messed up. This is not good customer service at all.

I had a very positive experience with Robert from the service department! Robert was very kind and efficient. he was very honest about pricing so no surprises. He was able to get me serviced and out in the time he stated, overall I’m very happy with my service. There is room for improvement on how my vehicle was returned to me. There were some smudges by the driver side. I would’ve liked to have my car returned to me in a cleaner condition than it was.

I was in a terrible car accident in which my car rolled over. I was driving a 2025 Grand Jeep Cherokee that I purchased from River Oaks Jeep a year ago. I decided to buy the exact same car because this car literally saved my life. I was thrilled to purchase a 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The customer service was phenomenal and River was very helpful. I am grateful to Blake Helfman for taking care of me and finding a car in my budget. I highly recommend River Oaks Jeep.

I went to two dealers and priced 3. I should have saved myself the time and just gone here first. Jose Portillo was a solid professional. Transaction with financing (Hussein Ismael) was quick and easy. No one wash pushy. Family owned place that I highly recommend. 10/10

Most sales people provide great customer service while you are with them at the dealership and few days after once they get their perfect survey.
Jose Portillo today showed me what exceptional, excellent customer service is. My vehicle got towed in due to a roadside hazard that destroyed my rim and both front and rear tires. Unfortunately the top was not put in place when it got towed.

I have not talked to Jose in months. He stops what he is doing and helped me put the top back on so it wouldn’t rain on it or get dirty. He is not selling anything anymore he is just taking care of a customer.

With Ram dealerships all over town that for some reason still practice “old school” switch and bait sales tactics, it’s good to know there are dealerships like River Oaks CJDR that honor their prices. What price they advertise is what they sell for. Most other places start making excuses for their “dicounts” as soon as you walk in. If looking into your next purchase without the hassle look for Cardell Miles and the crew at River Oaks CJDR, they are good people.
