St. John's Manhattan Campus located on East 8th Street and 3rd Avenue.
The campus is in a relatively new building. The building was probably finished and ready for occupation a few years back.
The building is a commercial property with lots of office spaces. The ground fflooe have a CVS Pharmacy.
All around the campus is your historical neighborhood of East Village.
