incredible service, the detailed inspection they did on my 1995 F150 was great and the service was quick and easy. the waiting area is super comfortable and clean and they made the process super simple, any doubts i had went straight out the window. while this shop is pretty far from home i absolutely recommend this spot

I’ve been here before when I had my old car, and now that I have my new car and my free dealership oil changes are already gone, I came back here again.

It was another great experience with excellent customer service. Thank you to Jake and Andrae for making my oil service quick, easy, and hassle-free.

Had a very surprisingly large job to complete today and without Victoria's help, I honestly might've not been able to do it. She helped me get the best possible deal, applied coupons, called stores to price match, and dealt with my family all trying to talk over eachother in the process. Highly recommend this location and manager if you are ever in between a rock and a hard place.

Great experience getting my oil change here. The customer service was excellent, the staff was professional and friendly, and they got everything done quickly. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for good service and honest work.

I live in Cole’s Crossing in Cypress off of Telge Rd.
Down the street there is an Auto Repair business named Sun Auto and Tire Service. I have taken my vehicle there four times for repairs.

Not only is Victoria and her staff friendly, they care about your needs. Their efficiency is to be admired; they do their best to get you in and out in one day; this has been my experience.

I have had Brake work, electrical fuse replacement, alignments and repair for the emission system, among other repairs. The cost did not hurt my wallet.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sun Auto Repair for your auto repair needs.

The service was fast . They were very friendly. They did a check on all my fluids. Gave me a great report. They also had an Internet hub, for you to charge your phone. You could use your laptop in there. Internet worked well. It was a very nice service. I will return. Priced very well!

Update: still no call from management about my experience. Not even the owner has responded to my review.
I cant begin to tell you how upset and disappointed I was in this place. Let me start with, this was my first time getting an oil change at this establishment. I had a busy day today but I really needed to get an oil change. Since they advertise a 20 mins oil change. This is what I needed. I was impressed with how nice the place is. Its set up for a nice experience with Tvs, wifi, phone chargers, drinks and a kids place. Well, a 20 mins oil change hit 40 mins when they advised me they didn't have the oil for my car. I was already upset it was 40 mins. The guy said it would be another 10 or 15 mins to have it delivered. Since my son was entertained in the kids area i just said ok, but I did remind him i needed them to be done quickly. Well 1.5 hrs later we finally left, i asked for the manager and he was not there. The manager there couldnt help, his explaination was he was service manager. I was like really? I dont know what kind of business they are running but when there is an issue this big, telling a customer the other manager has to fix it should not be the response. They took my info and said the manager would reach out to me, well i guess my business was not important enough to call me today. To be fair the service personnel were very nice and polite but I dont recommend this place. I always use Valvoline but decided to try this place since i was going to the car wash next door. So disappointment. Never again for me. Save your money its not worth the frustration.

Really appreciate getting my vehicle in and fixed. We were out of town and had car trouble, Sun auto stepped up and got us taken care of for a reasonable price(cheaper than multiple shops I contacted.) Making it to where we could get back on the road the next day.
