The amount of time we waited I could have went to medical school and got the degree myself. Still no doctor showed and nurse staff attitudes were terrible when you ask questions. The was ridiculous and a waste of time received 0 help.

They don't help on anything the all plus you have to pay for parking. Is better look for any other doctor or specialists in your area. Don't waste time coming here. They will not do anything. Just take the money for your insurance.

The wait time is just ridiculous. And when you ask how much longer the people in the emergency get smart with you and say you’ve only been here 8.5 hours, we have had people waiting 13 hours. Like I’m sorry my baby has not had any wet diapers and won’t eat nor will she keep liquids down. They will take individual with less critical concerns before those that are showing signs of dehydration or broken body parts.

Just a helpful word to the ladies in ER for triage.. when a parent of a child has been waiting an extensive amount of time to be seen.. STOP telling that parent that they have ONLY been waiting X amount of hours. I realize that dealing with children makes your emotions somewhat desensitized but to a worried parent all it does is show your lack of empathy and urgency to a worried Mom/Dad about their child. Do Better. Seriously.

I realize I’ve ONLY been here since 6PM and it’s now 1:40AM .. thank you captain obvious but my son who is having neurological issues from a venomous snake bite he survived still deserves your respect and empathy. Do… BETTER.

The wait was ridiculous (over 7hrs to get evaluated). And they ordered the wrong test which thank god i corrected.

Dr Faith Ihekweazu is an incredible doctor. She is so caring and understanding. My daughter is going to receive the best care from her team at Texas Children's.

They took excellent care of my niece's quads several years ago. Security was tight even before every other hospital started. Long way to walk from parking lot but they care about the kids. They also took care of my nephew's very premature twins. Sadly one didn't survive but that is no reflection on the care the staff gave to both children.

The GI Dr ordered 7 tubes of blood from my child and didn't tell us. He just sent us to get blood work done at the lab. I found out when I asked the nurse if it was just one tube he ordered, because I wanted to assure my anxious child that it was ok. When she let us know how many he ordered, I asked if that many was normal to order and she assured us it was. It was a bad experience and several Drs had to come in and check on my child. On top of all that, before we headed to the lab the GI Dr basically criticized us for not getting a certain vaccine, which is optional by the way. I will never take my child here again.

Absolutely dropped the ball with my child. If you have a problem or grievance don't bother contacting family advocacy either. They don't care. If your kid has some kind of rare disease or needs surgery, great place. But anything like a hearing test or "normal" problems steer clear of this place. They don't care about you, they don't care about your kid. Go anywhere else. So disappointed in this place.
