I had an absolutely amazing experience at THISCAR and I have to give a huge thank you to Ben in sales and Ashley who handled the admin side and cut my check. From start to finish, everything felt easy, genuine, and honestly refreshing compared to the typical dealership experience.

I logged onto KBB to sell my truck and Destiny(who I also found genuine and personable) with THIScar was the quickest to respond. She arranged for the vehicle to have a physical inspection and appraisal. The offer was made very close to what I was wanting. I countered and the price was accepted. They arranged to pay off the lien and I left with a check for my equity. I would give 6 stars if it were possible. A very low pressure and pleasurable experience.

We walked in not quite sure what kind of offer we would receive, but had a number in mind. Their staff were incredibly helpful in working with us to reach that goal. From the moment we arrived, the office was clean and welcoming, a vending machine with refreshments and snacks and the entire staff was friendly and attentive. Our representative was very straightforward and transparent, asking what we were hoping for and genuinely trying to see what was doable on their end. Their honesty and effort was much appreciated.
It was definitely bittersweet saying goodbye to our R1S, but we were extremely satisfied with the experience and glad we made the trip. Highly recommend if you are looking to sell your vehicle!!

Online appraisal was easy, scheduling and communication with Destiny was fantastic, despite my hectic schedule and several re-schedules, she was always fantastic. Glen got me in, appraised and gave me a price we could both agree on and were happy with. Ashley handled the paperwork to get me in and out in no time. We sold our Tacoma to Thiscar. The experience was excellent. Brian and Jessica were GREAT! They went out of their way to help us with the sale. I unknowingly contacted Jess on her day off, but she coordinated the effort as only a truly dedicated employee would. Thank you! They gave us a fair price for our vehicle. The process was timely and very professional. The location is along a busy feeder road, so care should be taken when entering and exiting. I suggest calling for an appointment if you can because the parking area is small and easily overcrowded.
