The exterior was clean and well made.
The waiting was neat, clean, furniture in good quality and neatly set up.
The front test was friendly and efficient.
The nurses were all great. Happily did their jobs.
The anesthesiologist was friendly and explained everything I needed to know. I was nauseous and he put something in my IV so that I could leave without nausea.
Dr Cilento did a good job. He told me that I would have minimal pain and it’s true. I have only seen him a couple of times but I trust him.
The surgery room was clean and all the staff were on task and got to work quickly.
Everybody here is absolutely amazing. From check in, to pre-op and to the amazing nurse Brittany in recovery. They all took good care of me for my and they all have the best bedside manner.
The Townsen Memorial Hospital is an excellent hospital. It is kept very clean and all of the staff are professional and friendly. Danyiel, Shera, Lecha, and Anh were just a few of the staff that assisted me during my stay there and they were exceptional!!!
Nurse Ray and Dr Lesser were awesome on my most recent visit! I love Townsen as there is never a long wait and the staff is always very accommodating and knowledgeable.

Superb Hospital. Highly skilled and professional anesthesiologist Ibraham. Stupendous Doctor Edward Lee. Clean attentive and compassionate. Everyone we encountered was Top Shelf Top of their games. I highly recommend this hospital. I will ONLY go there from now on if given the choice.

I recently was at Townsen with a friend who had extensive back surgery, the whole staff was just amazing ,from the front desk ,(Julee) she was so kind throughout the 7 day stay there, due to Humana dropped the ball on outpatient rehab facility for Jamie who had back surgery.Its truly amazing though how Ladronna went above and beyond to fix humana screw up for Jamie to get in the rehab facility ,I feel Ladronna truly saved Jamie from a terrible outcome,Thank You Ladronna and Julee,from the bottom of my heart.
