we had an absolutely WONDERFUL stay! hotel staff is incredibly friendly and accomodating!! the initial room they had us in didnt have a tv in the bedroom and they let me look at an entire floor of rooms until i found the one that suited us. 10/10 experience and i know where we will be staying next time we are in houston!
also the included ground level gated parking included was PERFECT

I can't thank the team at Reside Hotel enough for the outstanding accommodations they provided to my clients during our corporate event in March 2026.
As the Corporate Travel Organizer with On Que Travel, working with General Manager Margaret Smart made my job so much easier. We had more than 50 guests staying across three Reside Hotel properties, all conveniently located near our event venue. From the planning stage to check-in and throughout their stay, everything was handled professionally and with exceptional care.
The suites were stylish, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. Having a full kitchen and separate living room made the experience even more comfortable for our guests. The group rates they offered were far beyond what we expected, especially considering the event took place during one of the busiest times of the year, with the city hosting a major rodeo.
Kudos to everyone at Reside Hotel! You truly went above and beyond. Even while your company was going through a transition with new phone numbers and email systems, your team maintained excellent communication and never missed a beat. You made sure every guest had a smooth arrival and an enjoyable stay.

Nice boutique hotel in downtown Houston. Love that it has free on-site parking garage. Only downside is there is no onsite hotel restaurant/bar. But there are plenty of places within walking distance.

The best thing about this hotel was the location, the worst thing about this hotel was the location. We needed something close to the airport due to the distance we live from the airport and the early morning flight my company booked for me. The downside is that part of town is super sketchy.

I am writing this review to call out Sev!
The hotel is a Days Inn, whatever, close to the airport with a breakfast. Rooms were more stylish than usual. All good, but the highlight for me was the counter guy Sev.
It's tough traveling and staying positive but Sev helped pick up my spirits with his great attitude. I even had to call back a week after my stay and he remembered my name and was helpful, timely, and pleasant to speak with. Thanks for brightening my stay!

Was excited to stay here because of the nice pool. Unfortunately due to rude staff, nails sticking out of the threshold to the sink, and terrible visibility turning out on the one way street that the staff chalked up the cities fault. An employee driving the transit van almost hit us when trying to turn out as well. My family and I only stayed 1 of the 3 nights we had plan to stay here and had to go through Expedia to get refunded. Wouldn’t recommend if you plan on leaving the hotel at all.

We are repeat guests staying at this location. The rooms are larger than other locations, rooms also clean and comfortable. Breakfast included and the coffee is amazing. My favorite thing though is how friendly and helpful the staff is. They exceed expectations! Ill be back!

The room had a roach 🪳 in it, the place was disgusting, most of the things were broken inside. Additionally, the shuttle never arrived waited 45 minutes called several times and Sev the desk attendant had was rude. Would not recommend staying at this roach motel
