This company is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. After purchasing a notary bond on 02/12/2026, they failed to provide the correct documentation, which led to my notary application rejection.

They did not notify me of the problem until 03/16/2026 when the refund should've been released, after I submitted the application 03/12/2026. I called on 04/01/2026 for a refund, I was passed around to multiple representatives. The last rep I spoke with I told the her to transfer me to someone who could help resolve the refund issue today, she told me "The issue is already resolved." I have to wait until the following week, plus an additional 7–10 business days, to receive my money. Agent refused to get me to someone else.

This place gave me a price on the phone and when I arrived the price had gone up significantly. Beware of bait and switch. If you value your time and gas money avoid this place. Read the other reviews. I wish I had.

Be aware… This company put a lien on my property without me knowing a year after I got the bond. I was told by David the black guy, this was not a collateral bond. My signature was illegally obtained by using blank documents and covering the documents up to get me to sign their shady documents.

Very poor service , had two different incidents where they were being unprofessional. Asked to speak to the owner the second time that happened and they did not want to give me his number , every time we would call they would hang up and when I would address the problem they wanted to argue with me instead of listening.

Worst Customer Service they try to take out every dollar they can out of you.
Very rude asked for supervisor Martina but guess She shouldn't even be there.
