Update after reply: Do not try to claim I am reviewing the wrong business. The employee who harassed me, demanded payment, and illegally denied me access to my personal belongings was sitting directly inside YOUR Custom Auto Collision front office, acting as your representative. If your collision center is truly not affiliated with the storage lots in the back, then why was YOUR receptionist handling the paperwork, demanding my money, and physically restricting access to my vehicle?
I have clear video evidence of your specific staff member, sitting at your front desk, refusing to let me get my property and explicitly stating she doesn't care about the law. You cannot hide behind the excuse of being a separate entity when your own employees are the ones enforcing the payment and illegally holding property hostage right out of your front office.

This place is an absolute nightmare, and I urge everyone to stay far away. After my truck was towed here following an accident, I attempted to retrieve my personal belongings, but the front desk receptionist was openly racist and began harassing us. She refused to let us access the vehicle unless we paid immediately, and in the video, she explicitly stated, 'I don't care about the law.' The situation escalated quickly when a man claiming to be the manager came out shouting and telling us to get off his property, calling it trespassing, even though we were in a customer entrance. I called 911, and the sheriff arrived, and only then did the staff try to de-escalate because they knew they were at fault. They even tried to claim they weren't responsible for the vehicle despite handling the paperwork and restricting access. I've read other reviews and saw that other customers have faced similar harassment here, but unlike them, I have the evidence to prove it. I will be taking this issue to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation and other relevant authorities to ensure they are held accountable, and I have video evidence of the staff denying me from getting to my car and getting my personal belongings, saying that you have to pay and she doesn't care about the law.

Custom did an amazing job for me. It was a difficult situation due to other driver's lack of insurance and they worked diligently through everything. The internal damage was much more extensive than it looked like and they made sure everything was taken care of. The repair itself was top notch.
Shlomi, Carolyn, Judy, and Ashley,were all great; thank you for a job well done!

Horrible service and pathetic staff.
Guys please be careful in dealing with them because they are nothing but a bunch of thugs who want to take every dime from you they can.

I met an accident last week and all of a sudden someone from this popped up on my face saying that he will tow the car to his place without me even asking for it.

Next day a person called Ashley calls me in saying they are not capable of repairing the car and she just wanted to collect her towing and storage fees after that even me telling her that I was badly injured and had to go through surgeries. She had no empathy towards it and was just interested in telling me that what their rate card would be if i don’t collect the car.

Worst of all, they even make money of credit card payments as they charge 5% as cc fees which I have never seen anywhere else.

An accident is never a good thing, but Shlomi and the team here did a great job taking care of our vehicle and getting the repairs completed. Shlomi's attentiveness to details, sticking to the estimate (even when additional things came up later), and great communication made this as easy an experience as anyone could expect. It's an honest company with good people who do great work all around. We were very pleased.

One of the best collision shops in Houston ! The workers did a great job bringing my hellcat charger back to life and were very quick and efficient. Shlomi kept me updated with every step and process and made sure to call me weekly to check in. I highly recommend these guys and make sure you ask for shlomi, he’s gonna have your back !
