My 7 year old ran in to a tree at recess and shook several of his teeth loose. Dr Garbers office was able to see him an hour later to put in an emergency retainer and make sure nothing was broken. The entire time they were extremely gentle and explained what they were doing every step of the way so my son wouldn’t be scared. The entire staff was super friendly and really made the best at a stressful situation.
Our Favorite Dentist. The team here in Arlington (Dr.Garber, Marjorie, Mo, and Lynn to name a few) continue to provide excellent care and stellar customer service. I’ve been coming to them for 5 years and have really enjoyed their work.
Dr. Nielsen is a great dentist! You have to go there if you need any dental work! I had a crown, filling and root canal procedure and it was painless and smooth! Great staff and friendly caring hygienist too!
Outstanding! I am a new patient at Dr. Garber's office, after not going to a dentist in 5 years. During Christmas, one of my crowns came loose. When I called Dr. Garber's office to see if they could help me, they were able to see me within 2-3 days! When I arrived for my appointment, they not only took me in on time and cleaned up and re-attached my crown, but also had time to take x-rays and clean my teeth. I had found a new home for my dental care!
Overall, they are very efficient, thorough, and patient-focused. They also understand how to work with insurance companies.

Dr Garber is a good man! I’ve had extensive work done by him, he's strait forward and reasonable. He stands by his work and has always fixed any problems with his fillings later on. All the other staff I've encountered is great too.
As soon as the office reopened, I was given appointments to resolve 2 issues, one tooth on the right and another on the left, both had been an issue since March. The staff at both offices (Bedford and Arlington) treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. They recommended and performed the proper treatment in both cases and I am well on the way to be free of pain in my teeth. I have been treated by Doc. Garber and associates since I've been 12 years old and have never questioned the care and service that I have received. Recommend highly for anyone looking for professional care of their teeth.
Not sure when I started seeing Dr. Garber and his professional dental hygienists. It must be some five years ago or so I chose to see him for my teeth care. So far, I got no complaint but praise for his care. Small place but great care! The best part of the care is of course the hygienists, who are very diligent in their tasks. Needless to say that they are also very knowledgeable in the field and I got many great advice from them to keep myself free from any dental issue. Last but not least, the receptionists are also very capable of navigating the labyrinth of insurance bureaucracy. So, if you are looking for homely and gentle dental care, this is the place to consider.
