Not too sure what the negative reviews are about. Airport shuttle came within 15 minutes. I almost missed it and the driver even called me to ensure I got on. Jasmine at the desk was phenomenal assisting with my check-in. Comfortable and clean beds. The price is right, it’s no intercontinental but perfect for a quick crash. Taking a star away due to some minor scuffs on the walls and desk, but it was not a big deal at $55 a night

For around $60 a night, this hotel is honestly a pretty solid value. The first thing I noticed was that the property was very clean, which is always the most important thing when staying somewhere on a budget. The staff were also friendly and welcoming during check-in, and overall the service made the stay feel comfortable and easy.

The rooms are definitely a bit dated, but that’s honestly to be expected at this price point and with an older airport hotel. While some of the furniture, curtains, and fixtures show their age, everything was functional and the room itself was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay.

The location near the airport is convenient, especially if you’re just passing through or need a quick overnight stay. The hotel also offers breakfast in the morning, which is a nice bonus considering the price.

Overall, if you keep your expectations realistic for the price, this place does exactly what it needs to do. It’s affordable, clean, and the staff are friendly. With a few small updates over time it could feel even nicer, but for a budget-friendly airport hotel it gets the job done. I would stay here again if I needed a low-cost option near the airport.

Looks can be deceiving with this hotel. I was doing a job related business trip I was booked this hotel for being right next to IAH. As I approach to the hotel and look at the general neighborhood area, the excessive amount of homeless during daytime and the building exterior appearance, I was already bracing myself for the worse, and everything that could go wrong. I was shockingly surprised how beautiful and clean for a small hotel this one looked like. I was welcome by a young upbeat lady on the front desk, I was unable to check in because of my early arrival. I asked the front desk if I could stay on the small lobby area for an upcoming zoom meeting with my workplace and I was gonna leave and then come back at the check-in time. Front desk lady did checked me in instead at no additional cost to me. Room was very basic somewhat minimalist style but spotless clean.
